This new growth approach has allowed me to step into a new version of myself more effortlessly, I dont get super bad dreams like i used to with the older tracks. Been working on my self-worth for about 2 months with my own self-concept audio and I decided to listen to this along with it. I’ve gotten a promotion at work and now im finally able to pay off my school so I can finally graduate. Now, I’ve discovered that my current sp is going out with someone when I assumed we had so much chemistry and really great vibes together at work. Was a little bummed, but I’m deciding to keep going in the direction of focusing on my worth and staying grounded in it. Can’t wait to see what happens next! Hope this can motivate!

I listened to it just once but weird and also awesome thing started happening. People on the street or new collegues in new work telling me "just focus on yourself, I just wanted to remind you" . Lot of tears appeared and I do breathwork to go through this time because some old emotions, coming from the old belief system started showing up. Had the wildest dream with this!!! A volcano erupted right outside of home and everyone who was in the dream starting running away including me since the lava was catching up. I just remember being so scared and thinking “omg I’m going to die, I don’t want to die” screaming in terror! The lava ended up catching up to me and then I woke up 😭 I did feel the burn a little when it touched me. I looked up the meaning of the dream and omg 😅 also the volcano symbolism is Conscious shift and personal transformation

It's been months since i listened to any type of night affirmations, but i wanted to give this one a try as i am upleveling my SC. I listened to it 3 nights and i shifted from day 1 ! so i came back to read the list of affirmations used in this and it really is what is shifting in my mindset. Question: does saying “I am becoming/beginning” keep you in a perpetual state of starting something? I ask because it’s doesn’t seem to acknowledge/affirm what you are or what you want to be. It’s insinuating you wanna be startin’ something. For example, “I am worthy” vs “I am starting believe I am worthy” If I say I am worthy over and over, that will make me believe I am worthy if it’s said enough. So, I wouldn’t necessarily need to start believing it. I just believe it.
Probably a week and my subconscious mind is still resisting it. It's weird because I've listened to this tape before, too. For a month. Maybe it didn't effect me much before as it is now. My body is resisting this so bad that there are 2 to 3 painful pimples on my ears (happens when my body resists any tape). Sometimes the earphones hurt my ears too until the resistance for that tape is gone

Hi Dylan, thank you so much for your videos, they are amazing 🙏🏻it is helping me a lot, been working on my self-concept with your videos for 2/3 months now. I do have a question….In the beginning I felt amazing (been doing several of your videos), people treating me different and showing up different, getting a lot of positive attention and responses, also at work, but after almost 2/3 months things are starting to fall apart. My boss suddenly ended my contract and has a lot of criticism and opinions about me where he first was super happy with me, even though nothing changed in my performance. The situation I had with my SP came to a close, where I had no choice but to walk away, he is no longer in my reality. All of the connections and friendships I build this year are falling away in a horrible way. Things are not really unfolding well, even though I was feeling amazing about myself and my self-worth and value. Now I feel very disillusioned and hurt, my confidence definitely got a hit all of these circumstances, but I will continue to listen to these. Is this just my reality making space for better things to come? Would love to hear your thoughts. Anyway, I am forever grateful because I rather be just happy with myself like I am now, than all of these shitty situations that don’t deserve me to being with. So I’m winning either way ❤✌🏻
Some things have to end for new thing to happen.. My guess is that you need to keep your mind open. Everything that you are going through is part of your old self and your old story. So start creating a new chapter of your life so that God can bring all the new blessings.

I felt really good this week since I started this ‘afformations’ track, but today, I feel terrible. I met up with my sp yesterday, and we had a nice conversation. He told me he still thinks about me every day. He broke up with me because he didn’t love me anymore. I’ve been feeling like I’m living in two worlds for the past two weeks- one moment, I feel confident asf, and the next I feel really down. I’m not giving up, but I’m starting to feel a bit hopeless. Can someone help me and tell me what I can do?
Work on nervous system regulation, but before any of the external things tell you what you can do, you should do what feels good to you. Ask yourself in what ways you can feel good while doing tasks and set intentions for the day, try to do some shadow work and just live your life, you have all the answers, sometimes you really just need to sit with yourself and listen.
I saw nightmares with this tape on. I don't know when my phone got switched off. 1) going on some cliff (to reach some tasks) - saw how once a man got stuck between 2 stones. First, his hand was chopped off, then two stones hit him in the head, taking away his skin. (Some body in my dream told me to be aware of it) 2) black leopard attacked me but I was able to close the door and it went away.
This is for how you value yourself, the top tier is the concepts you hold around how others show up for you and the treatment you accept. Depends on what you need to address. Beliefs about how you value yourself or what you believe you deserve in the treatment you get from others? Some people need one, or the other, or both.
One week check in- I’ve shifted majorly and experienced calmness when coming across triggers and circumstances. I’ve been affirming my worth and value and that I’m too important to lose. Guys this is what I needed. I’ll update again when I feel I have shifted more.

Question: does saying “I am becoming/beginning” keep you in a perpetual state of starting something? I ask because it’s doesn’t seem to acknowledge/affirm what you are or what you want to be. It’s insinuating you wanna be startin’ something. For example, “I am worthy” vs “I am starting believe I am worthy”
If I say I am worthy over and over, that will make me believe I am worthy if it’s said enough. So, I wouldn’t necessarily need to start believing it. I just believe it.

Probably a week and my subconscious mind is still resisting it. It's weird because I've listened to this tape before, too. For a month. Maybe it didn't effect me much before as it is now. My body is resisting this so bad that there are 2 to 3 painful pimples on my ears (happens when my body resists any tape). Sometimes the earphones hurt my ears too until the resistance for that tape is gone

Hi Dylan, thank you so much for your videos, they are amazing 🙏🏻it is helping me a lot, been working on my self-concept with your videos for 2/3 months now. I do have a question….In the beginning I felt amazing (been doing several of your videos), people treating me different and showing up different, getting a lot of positive attention and responses, also at work, but after almost 2/3 months things are starting to fall apart. My boss suddenly ended my contract and has a lot of criticism and opinions about me where he first was super happy with me, even though nothing changed in my performance. The situation I had with my SP came to a close, where I had no choice but to walk away, he is no longer in my reality. All of the connections and friendships I build this year are falling away in a horrible way. Things are not really unfolding well, even though I was feeling amazing about myself and my self-worth and value. Now I feel very disillusioned and hurt, my confidence definitely got a hit all of these circumstances, but I will continue to listen to these.
Is this just my reality making space for better things to come? Would love to hear your thoughts.
Anyway, I am forever grateful because I rather be just happy with myself like I am now, than all of these shitty situations that don’t deserve me to being with. So I’m winning either way ❤✌🏻
Some things have to end for new thing to happen.. My guess is that you need to keep your mind open. Everything that you are going through is part of your old self and your old story. So start creating a new chapter of your life so that God can bring all the new blessings.

I felt really good this week since I started this ‘afformations’ track, but today, I feel terrible. I met up with my sp yesterday, and we had a nice conversation. He told me he still thinks about me every day. He broke up with me because he didn’t love me anymore. I’ve been feeling like I’m living in two worlds for the past two weeks- one moment, I feel confident asf, and the next I feel really down. I’m not giving up, but I’m starting to feel a bit hopeless. Can someone help me and tell me what I can do?
Work on nervous system regulation, but before any of the external things tell you what you can do, you should do what feels good to you. Ask yourself in what ways you can feel good while doing tasks and set intentions for the day, try to do some shadow work and just live your life, you have all the answers, sometimes you really just need to sit with yourself and listen.
I saw nightmares with this tape on. I don't know when my phone got switched off.
1) going on some cliff (to reach some tasks) - saw how once a man got stuck between 2 stones. First, his hand was chopped off, then two stones hit him in the head, taking away his skin.
(Some body in my dream told me to be aware of it)
2) black leopard attacked me but I was able to close the door and it went away.

This is for how you value yourself, the top tier is the concepts you hold around how others show up for you and the treatment you accept. Depends on what you need to address. Beliefs about how you value yourself or what you believe you deserve in the treatment you get from others? Some people need one, or the other, or both.
