Acne patches have been really helpful in my journey, and though I agree that some may be too adhesive and irritating to take off, acne patches actually do suck out the liquid from the spot. They’re really helpful to use on pimples that have a head. They’re made of hydrocolloid which is also used to cover wounds and suck the liquid out of those too. Don’t be afraid of using them all the time!

I only make sure that my skin is washed cleanly and moisturised with sun protection. That's what I need.

Can you suggest something for post acne hyperpigmentation. It's been 2 months and my marks haven't faded the slightest. I have really crazy hormonal acne 😭

I'm not Soo but I highly recommend the rotho mentholatum vitamin c serum (it is Japanese and you can easily find it on yestyle and similar pages), it is amazing at fading acne scars!! One thing though, you gotta be super consistent, diligent and most of all patient, but it works, give it some time and it really works. It is super cheap as well and the packaging is great, especially considering how unstable vitamin C is. I swear by it ❤️ so I hope this helps you as much as it does to me ☺️

I like acne spot patches when i have raw and injured acne and cystic postulated ones that are about to pop or come to head. With facial movements, sometimes they would pop on their own or sometimes accidental friction makes them pop too. So these really help protect and suck them out so that i do not squeeze them out snd make more scars! Also it’ll help to not get contaminated by dust or other things! So i love them for that. I have tried so many and now i have a few favorites that are so distinct, nobody realize i have them on for day time, and bigger reliable ones for nighttime! I sometimes use sterilized lancets to pop ones that are about to pop anyway, and the. Use a patch over it! I have my own emergency acne kit with all that!
