They're not in the same league because Cheng is a billion leagues ahead of Biles in terms of vaulting, and it's even more impressive considering Cheng competed a whole decade ago, and would still be able to beat Biles on vault today! You do realise that Cheng is the only human in the history of the world to win four consecutive international vault titles.. lmao

I don't think at one single point, I compared anything other than Biles' and Cheng's vaulting abilities, so why you're bringing that up? God knows! This was just a PR segment using one American to uplift another. Because one of Biles' weaknesses is her dance. So with a network that consists of people such as Ziegler and Sasha Farber from DWTS, I'd very much like to see the dance portion of her programmes improve so that she becomes a complete AA gymnast, not just a 'power' one

This video is already outdated. Simone has two new moves named after her making three so far and she's landing triple twist double backs, you name it (i'm not a gymnast so I don't know all the correct terms. But she's amazing!) Thought this video was a real great homage to a valued friend and I learned about some of Simone's past upbringing that I was unaware of.

Simone has two skills named after her though. And she doesn’t do triples. Maddie did a great job but I think it would have been better to give her some more information. That’s on the producers though.
Once Simone retires, U.S. women gymnastics will tank. I don't really see any other gymnasts that pushes the standards and is consistent on their routines.

Simone has two skills named after her though. And she doesn’t do triples. Maddie did a great job but I think it would have been better to give her some more information. That’s on the producers though.
So the first time the 11-year old Maddie watched the 16-year old Simone at 2013 Worlds she thought "ooh, who's this little firecracker?", lol
