I'll make one soon, however if your thinking of using custom images, I'm afraid that's not possible. You can choose from a selection already in the game though.
Chain lift speed also affects the coaster performance so you gotta be careful to balance it with your initial track elements or risk high nausea and fear levels.
I'll upload a video showing that soon, but it's in settings, I can't remember which exact tab, but I think it's the third or so. I'll upload a tips and tricks video with it in soon though so stay tuned.

Yes, very true, but it can definitely help if your fear and excitement are too low

For sure, while it is tricky to get the hang of, it's so much fun, and building and riding your own rollercoasters is just fantastic
