The photos at sunset are stunning, great job! The colours in the cloud at 6:49 are great. Is it then the perfect film for sunset? :-) I've just discovered your channel, great contents. Subscribed.
Great photos and colours! Love the shot at 6:37. I'd love to try slide film, but I first gotta get better at metering. Can't wait to see your images using 120 Ektachrome
Great photos. Do you use graduated filters to reduce the sky’s contrast and ND filters to reduce the shutter speed? A longer shutter speed to emphasise movement of the water would look great, but not sure how film reacts to reciprocity! It’s one thing I’m hit or miss with my photos.
E100 is my favourite film currently. I don't find it hard to expose actually. For most scenes I just let the evaluative meter in my EOS 1V do it's thing and I'm getting great results. I also use warming filters for times of day that have really blue light.
yeah its a pretty forgiving for a slide film, so im gonna be shooting a lot more of it. oh yeah a warming filter would be a good investment for shooting it
I see what you mean about underexposure. Slide film can be so tricky to nail exposure. Stocks like portra 400 are so forgiving that it’s a bit of shock trying to transition to slide
lewis williamson Right and to me, slide film is “ real analog color” and I’d love to shoot it but with the cost of the film itself and development....I’m nervous I’ll underexpose or blow highlights on all my shots lol
People forget that back then, we used neutral density filters to handle the lack of dynamic range of slide film. Also a lot of fill flash..... enjoyed the video.
*suggestion* : when taking nice cars you should let your contact on the windshield so the car owner has your contact, can contact you and receive your photos
The thing I noticed about watching a lot of film photography videos is that everyone uses the same soundtrack at all times in every video
Great video. Love the shots. The color from the Ektachrome is just fabulous. That Nikon F100 is a dream camera.

hey I don't use any filters, but I am very keen to go out and buys some in the future to do some better things with landscapes and play with light.

It has more dynamic range than I thought it would. Lovely photos. Need to get me some rolls of extachrome
yeah the extra dynamic range makes slide film a good option now. might be my new favourite film

Itek 1 yeah gotta get used to it a shoot a few rolls, but it seems like it’s more forgiving than other slide films so that’s good

yeah I gotta get some good filters for when I do landscape stuff
great video but i miss that sexy shuttersound when a frame appears :))
Great shots! I love this film and I'm excited to shoot a roll of 35mm on beaches next week.

Ciao Lewis bel video, belli scatti, bellissima pellicola

1:40 that’s why I never shot slide... :(
yeah it does end up being expensive to shoot, but I love ektachrome now so I think its worth it
