Not the paper thin cookies LOL I couldn’t stop cracking up! it’s pretty much like making ube crinkle cookies. Next time let the dough chill in the freezer for about 15-30 min to firm just a little and then scoop it into balls. No need to flatten them out it’ll bake into its cookie shape 🤣
