This is the one I have been waiting for, Tony!
Magnificent stuff, as ever, each punch and kick by the two fighters sound much better. I especially like the SFX added whenever Igor got Boyka in the back. Here, I actually cringed when the blows were struck, the sickly crack making me think of how much agony Boyka must have felt each time.
Also, I must commend your music directing here. It took me off guard at first, just how different the music is here, but after a few times, I really admire what you've done. By removing 'Bring It On', you've removed that final fight feeling we associate with these films. After all, the final fights of Undisputed 2 & 3 both used Bring It On during their final fights, so you kinda expect that trend to carry over in the fourth film. While I can appreciate the film-makers for trying something different, I also say: "If it's not broken, don't change it." While I've already made vocal my feelings on the Koshmar fight, it must also be said that the original music used there didn't have the music to really give the battle a 'final fight' vibe.
Now, watching this fight in tandem with your version of Koshmar's fight, where you added Bring It On, they go together wonderfully. This doesn't feel like a final fight, instead like a before-last fight, but does still carry a dramatic weight carried by the music. I won't lie, I wish you have kept the original track that played from 2:26, as I quite liked that music, but it's nothing I'm going to lose sleep over.
I hope this isn't the last Undisputed IV fight you do. There's also Boyka's fights against Boris and the Ozerov Brothers, not to mention Koshmar's prison fight in the opening (short as it is). I'd live to see you do these three fights, so maybe they can be something to do next year? Something to consider, at least.
To close it off: Brilliant work, mate. A nice, early Christmas gift from one of my favourite UA-camrs.
