One may have noticed that the narrator does not use only the Bible as the source of information about the history of the Israelites but other sources of information like the Jewish scriptures etc. This is not strange as the Apostle were sometimes quoting from the book of Enoch which is not part of the Bible. It takes humility to appreciate the works done by others without asking for monetary contribution. giants are just tall people. the taller you are the more giant you are. A 7 foot tall person would only be as tall as King Og's waist, and Og was likely 7 feet tall at age 5.
We don't know Og's height. the square cube law is going to work severely against him over 8/9 ft tall. Like the description of Goliath height in the dead sea scrolls and Septuagint as 4 cubits and a span 7/8 ft, Og was probably about the same.
According to Josephus, giants were to be measured using the Royal Egyptian cubit, which Is bigger than the normal cubit. So he (Moses) and the Exodus Israelites no doubt used the Egyptian royal cubit in their measurements..

The other problem are the earlier translations in the Septuagint and dead sea scrolls that have him at 4 cubits and a span. This puts him under the problematic area's of the square cube law. This still makes him a very apposing proposition. Just think of André the giant [there's discrepancies in his height] 6ft9 to 7ft4. What we have not understood or we do not see in the Scriptures is that when the Fallen Angels came on to the women, they bore only male progeny, which are referred to as the Giants. Where there no female Giants borne? A second issue regards the fertility of these Giants. We don't know Og's height. the square cube law is going to work severely against him over 8/9 ft tall. Like the description of Goliath height in the dead sea scrolls and Septuagint as 4 cubits and a span 7/8 ft, Og was probably about the same.

The other problem are the earlier translations in the Septuagint and dead sea scrolls that have him at 4 cubits and a span. This puts him under the problematic area's of the square cube law. This still makes him a very apposing proposition. Just think of André the giant [there's discrepancies in his height] 6ft9 to 7ft4. I think Andre was probably close to the maximum a human could get with his proportions before health issues come in and take effect.

And the book of Jasher which agrees with Holy Scripture 100 % in general, has the huge mountainous giant Og finally killed by Moses himself, in a great battle with God's help.

What we have not understood or we do not see in the Scriptures is that when the Fallen Angels came on to the women, they bore only male progeny, which are referred to as the Giants. Where there no female Giants borne? A second issue regards the fertility of these Giants. The Scripture, as far as we know, does not say anything of the Giants mating among themselves or with the ordinary women, such as the Fallen Angels did. Could the cross breeding between the Fallen Angels and the ordinary women have led to reproductive problems for these Giants and that this was at the heart of their demise? We would like to see more light shed on these 2 questions; Giant women and reproductive capacity of the Giants.
