I don't understand the many negative comments, I've been watching videos like this for years and it never fails the comments are always negative about people with money, anything expensive or luxury. I do not understand why people are so bitter.
I'll explain it to you. It has nothing to do with being "bitter". When you put a product on the market, people will evaluate that product. Some will like it while others won't. I'm sure you've seen a movie, read a book or had a meal at a restaurant that you didn't like. If a restaurant customer leaves a review on Tripadvisor that the steak was dry and overcooked, is that being "bitter"? Of course it isn't. Same principle here. This video is the product. The comments are the reviews.

Yeah, it seems to be a increasing problem, that there just aren't any good lots with good views left in LA. The architecture of this style of house is so focused on being open to a great view, but because there is no view left to be had in LA, developers nowadays built those kind of houses somewhere into the hills behind LA, where they just don't fit. They should really develop a new architecture that is not so focused on the view.
@@kerryd2060 I can't speak for the others, but to me the main attraction in LA is the city view, not the ocean. Nothing against Ocean views, but you can have those elsewhere and better ones than in LA, especially when you are in the market for a 100 million Dollar house. If I had that kind of money and wanted an ocean view while still having the amenities of an major US city, I would chose Miami or Fort Lauderdale and buy a house and a yacht there. There the water is actually warm and the Caribbean islands are a 1 hour boat ride away. The flat cityscape, with that "ocean" of different colored lights at night you get in LA is something you can't find that easily somewhere else. That is the main attraction in LA and that is reflected in the most expensive lots in the hills, overlooking the city.
Nice video, again. 👍 As for the house: Quite spectacular, but it somehow misses a certain atmosphere. Bigger is not always better. I would still take it, though. 🥂
I actually like the view. All greenery and trees! The goal of the buyer maybe looking for a valley greenery view rather than just downtown buildings. The price may be a bit high but do not forget that the house is in Bel Air....that address alone is worth 10 to 20 million. The lap pool and huge TV screens make a true modern home look....if that is what you are looking for. This house is for a specific taste. You either love it or you do not. If I had the money to buy it, I would also spend a few million in further customizing it...as it seems a little too clean in some areas.
I love almost of luxury style like I design them best in my job but Dont need to stay here because I have already home with my sweet family , even is small but that satified me and the best place of mine , Hahaha because you know how larger how hard of cleaning the house , not simple thing .
To be truthfully, you'll probably have to watch out for paparazzi and drones instead. Your neighbours will have just of a crazy life as you and won't be home most of the time.
I do remember that property a guy from Sinaloa Mexico did have an accident when we were doing the foundation and the contractor fired him he broke his leg in 2 different places with no compensation at all
Magnificent home, everything is beautiful and rich. But this house has one, but a very large minus, it has no view. And the view is just what people are ready to pay such fabulous money for. Well, you went to the pool with a glass of wine, so what? What to look at? You have houses on the channel that are no worse, with amazing views and for much less money. I apologize for my English, I write through Google translator.
Nope. Rather spend the money on Razor house or its "next door neighbor" which is just as beautiful in La Jolla where you get ocean views and beach access. This home is $100 mil in Laguna or New port in my opinion.
I normally find mega mansions obscene, as poorly designed ones litter the mountain side. This one however, from the layout, the furniture, the fabric chosen, the fixtures and colors, the lighting. Holy cow’ GREAT job!

I’d imagine it’ll end up selling for around 40-50M but no where near asking price
YungChip030 LoL probably 20m
I love looking at mansions for fun, I never felt like I could live in one- I prefer cozy place.... this is the first mansion I'd actually live in.

The wooden 'parquet' floors in this mansion are incredible. I also love the arches.

You gotta think about what you just said... A basketball court sold you... For $100 million dollars.

That sure is a small pool for $100 million!
Seriously. For $100 mil I expect something equivalent to the Hearst Castle pool

@@cesarlm04 They're talking about an ocean view - this house doesn't have an ocean view. The "hill" view would get old quick.
