I saw you did one about two years ago (?) and you showed the rent, the LVR, the rental yield etc etc. It will be interesting to see what your numbers are now based on the current interest rates.

Also if we're using equity to purchase the next property wouldn't we be 100% leveraged? And if so, is it possible to still have the property in a positive cash flow.
Hey Ravi, can you please explain how you are servicing interest only loans for 100% of the property value? Using your strategy, you keep purchasing more properties with 100% debt which means you need 7-8% rental yield just to break even (which is not happening in the current market)
I have 3 yielding 9.5%, 8.1% and 6.1% which averages out to around 7.7% with a rental increase coming in october taking my first to roughly 11%. Its certainly acheivable.
