You won't believe my Bodyfat%... I got a Dexa Scan

Thanks to:
MeasureUp (1/115 Pitt St, Sydney NSW 2000) for the Dexa Scan last year :) I generally don't fluctuate too much in weight/body composition unless I am competing.

12 to 18 is cool anything lower then 12 is unsustainable ( if you want to be healthy). There's a lot of BS out there on Instagram. You Look beautiful btw

How so? They are very similar to X-rays

Nope. Dexa is the most accurate (and pretty much the only accurate) method to measure bodyfat level.
