thanx for recipe*_* Corina, can i ask u, i just started keto diet for my hormones, my brain feel amazing although still crave some carbs after meals but i can handle it, what bother me its i lost my streight with weightlifting...should i start carb up before my training or maybe im still not adopted yet and should wait because i dont wanna mess up with my leptin.
Marina Tsoy I would certainly wait until you are fully adapted. Implementing carb ups can be great for training and for hormones. I wouldn’t do it any other way personally... but again, being adapted is important 👌🏼
