- Here is how to go about fixing Bluetooth connected but no sound on the Android or Samsung devices. So if your Bluetooth or Wireless headphones, Boombox,Speakers or other Bluetooth devices connect but no sound be sure to try these tips first.

Words cannot express how grateful I am to you for your video. My beats were a gift to me from my son and I cherish them because they are fron him. Yesterday all of a sudden there was no sound. They have always had minimal sound but now there was none. I was heartbroken. I spent hours today watching videos on how to reset them. Nothing worked. I would hear them make the noise when they connected to the phone but nothing else. Then I found your video and within 2:13 minutes my problem was solved. I never knew there were volume control buttons! Apparently I've been listening on low volume from day one and somehow yesterday I turned them all the way down. Now I'm enjoying them more than ever cause I have more volume. It's like they're brand new! Thank you thank you. 😊

LOL, this solved it for me! Turned out I had simply turned the volume down on my BT hearing protection! This has been bugging me for months, because the radio in them have worked fine, as has speaking on the phone. I didn't know they had a separate volume setting for media/music. Thank you!

Alright quick question, I've tried the restarting of the bluetooth pairing on my car and like deleted the other devices connected to it so it would only be my phone that is connected but, after 30 minutes of doing that, it still wont work. Any other ideas or do I need to see the dealership if they can troubleshoot the car's system?

Make sure connected and volume up on the phone and speaker. Go to bluetooth in settings on your phone and select the gear icon next to your device. Turn all the buttons off, then on again.

Yeah I have android and I dont have settings in my list anymore. I used to have it on my old phone but sadly it broke. But the point is I have the settings app but it's not in my list.

Thanks man, I just looked back at the manual and apparently the next and previous button is the same one used for volume control, I was loosing my mind over this because I thought I'd broken something on accident. I tried a lot of method but actually it's just a questionable design choice that caused my headphones not to function.

The last option was the one to work with my Bose 700 headphones. So if you have the same problem which is that your headphones are connected to your device but the sound is still not coming from the headphones that do what he said. Thank you for the very informative video and stay healthy everyone

I'd been having this issue for days and I'd tried *everything* to no avail, but a minute into this video the headphones suddenly started working. You might be a wizard.

Thanks Ricardo. I think my problem must be with my Sony car radio 😩. Both phone & car no longer acknowledge each other. Not sure if the car is telling me I need to upgrade or the phone is telling me to upgrade. Either way, they’re no longer getting along! I wish they’d be friends. 😞

I will try this tomorrow. Hopefully it works. I always have a problem in rental cars getting the GPS from my phone to go through the car audio. Sometimes it seems to work when I'm just listening to regular radio and not satellite radio, which is odd.

I have some Bluetooth earbuds with a charging case and this morning I got up and tried playing some music and only the right one was playing but both were connected.. I used my finger and tap the left one couple times and it chip in and start playing but if I took them out of my ear, it went back to square 1… and now tappin on it won’t let the sound come back…
It still connected and touchpad work fine but I jus don’t get no sound.. can you help ??

I have been trying to get bluetooth sound out of my Pioneer Receiver for almost a week now. I literally started watching this video and 1:20 into this video the sound magically started working again LMAO. I didnt even get fully into the video and just watching this fixed my issue. I didnt change any settings at all it just randomly works again. THANKS!!

If this doesn't work for you because it didnt for me try pressing all 3 buttons at once and if you hear loud beeps keep going then turn them off and back on and that worked for me 😊

Oh great, I searched for a fix as I had no media audio, as soon as I start watching this, I heard no audio so I hit volume up on the phone, turns out the Bluetooth audio level was turned all the way down. So thanks I guess lol

I had an intex by musiqe 01 and after 1 month right side suddenly stopped working while I was using it to watch a video and only one side worked after 3 months the same thing happened the left side also stopped itself . My boat rokerz 400 bluetooth headphone has problem of o audio in between dialogues. Its like a movie is playing and sometimes when there is no sound on the movie in between dialogues it is supposed to go blank on audio, and when the sound starts the headphone does not start playing the sound. Its like it fails to pick up sound after noice cancellation the blank part in a video for 10-15 seconds, and if i go backward for 10 seconds in videos, it starts playing again. It occurs only when there is a silent part in audio, e.g. silence between 2 dialogues. Can u plz help?

Nope did not work for me. My bose speaker still does not work. Shows connected on my phone but no sound coming out of the speaker. I even reset the bluetooth itself to factory settings and nothing. It was working fine until yesterday when this started and I have no idea why.
