Love those get it running videos. You’re so right on you make money buying not selling. I’ve only done one flip on a 2002 DS series cart. I paid two much because I wanted to get it all fixed up so bad. I made a little money but not to cover the time spent on it. I had a lot of fun doing it and it turned out really nice. Put a plum quick bandit motor and my UNO battery in it. I was proud of it when done. Looks like your project videos will be covered for awhile getting all those carts running, looking forward to all of them !

Flood carts carts are a excellent deal, AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE PARTS ON HAND. If you don't have the parts they can be a extremely expensive gamble. Especially with the price of used or new parts. On the bright side this limo just got all your money back and them some. 😊

Buying a used Tempo that has 3 of the trojan lithium. did little research on the trojans and see all the other use communication cables between the 3 batteries but the cart im looking at does not have them linked with the comm. cables you have any insight on this
Hey that battery meter looks like a RHOX voltage meter, I actually use it for my lithium pack and it works great. Displays voltage and had a battery bar but the bar only goes down when the battery is below 10% which is fine for me.
I repair and rebuild carts in FL. I'd love to know where you find those deals. I had a chance after hurricane Ian but my concern were many had been in Salt water and that can be a real nightmare. From watching your videos I've been installing enjoybot batteries with great success.

I was going to make a will it run video on it. I did make a youtube short about the batteries. I disconnected the headlight wires from the pack and charged the pack. They have been holding good voltage and the cart runs fine. Im going to order some seats and flip it.

It looks like there is room in the battery tray of the Ezgo for 2 of those 48v 100 ah batteries, is this true?

Best part is you know as well as i do its going to not take much money overall to put it together new parts and its worth triple what you have in it.
Labor on the other hand needs lots of elbow grease.
