Hello Bernadette and well done. You really give this splendid piece of music the dignity it deserves. I personally know professional accordion players who often play a piece way too fast, forgetting that each piece of music comes with its own rhythm, cadence, tempo and complimentary variations to make the music what it was meant to be by the composer. Thank you. I first heard this song sung by Nana Mouskouri and went into a swoon. It is so beautiful. Keep doing what you do. I'm sure accordion players everywhere are benefitting from your daring and strength to promote this very fine instrument - this orchestra when it's in skilled hands.

@@richardplante1229 It always amazes me to think of the great wealth of music that many classical composers left us and died much too young. Schubert is a perfect example of this. It is a reality check for me to realize that I am already older than many of these great composers. Bernadette
