Do you guys realize the magnitude of the secrets he's been trusted with?? And how long he kept them?? He knew about the infinity stones in Avengers AND he was trusted with the beginning of Infinity War back when he was just learning about Ragnorok?? If Mark Ruffalo and Tom Holland are the spoilers of the group, then Tom Hiddleston is the secret keeper. Also, you can tell how large the Loki/Hiddlestoner fanbase is by the fact that they could advertise this panel as only Tom Hiddleston and all those people still showed up.
people, the Infinity Stones were mentioned in the post-credit scene since the first Thor. So it wasn't a big secret to keep. Truth is, nobody really gave a shit. Thor told everybody about the Infinity Stones in Age of Ultron, they created Vision to the purpose of having the Mind Stone on their side, and then when two years later (in the story) the big baddie everybody knew was coming actually arrives, and he's looking for the Stones that everybody knew he would come for, what do the Avengers on Earth do? They shit their pants, run to hide in Wakanda, come up with the most idiotic excuse for a plan ("let's waste the few hours we have trying to separate Vision from the Stone so we can destroy it") that helps nothing, and of course are defeated. So when here they say, "huh, somebody should have told Thanos to double the resources", well, if somebody had been using their MIND (stone) maybe they would have.
And now, it has been revealed that Tom Hiddleston had known about Loki's death in Infinity War since May 2016 (before they even filmed Ragnarok)! He truly IS very good at keeping secrets.
I know right? It’s pretty incredible, especially when you realize he knew how he was going to die in Infinity War when the rest of the cast got told they were going to die inside a windowless van the day they shot the scene😂
I mean, he is responsible for the death and murder of a lot of people, that is evil. He can be evil and be relatable and care about his mother, none of these things are mutually exclusive.

OMG, you cut the part at the end when the moderator was finishing the panel and all the audience rushed in lines for the Q&A and Tom Holland was like: Am I missing something, what’s going on? And everybody shouted: Q&A Q&A Q&A!!! And Tom said we should have time for a couple of questions but they just ended the panel. Everyone speculates that they cut the Q&A from the program because of the disrespectful girls drama from the Sebastian Stan and Anthony Mackie panel one day before this one.
I'm sorry for the respectful and dedicated fans who know how to behave, who were deprived of a Q&A and had to suffer from consequences of quite really two girls. But I am kinda relieved there was no Q&A. I couldn't take a repeat of the sass and rudeness from the day before, let alone the "can you say hi to my friend", "i made this for you", "can you look at my/sign my..". It's a Q&A, not a meet and greet. I think the difference between the two is lost on the crowd.
My aunt who came with me is a huge Tom Hiddleston fan, we had VIP seats and she was looking forward to ask Tom about his work in UNICEF. It is a shame indeed that such a valuable and interesting question could not happen because of 2 disrepectful brats.
I saw the ending you were talking about in another video. I thought it was so sweet how Holland was still willing to answer Q&As after the panel he experienced the day before. Like he didn't hold any grudges or judge all of his fans to be just like those 2 girls.
I enjoyed this sooo much more than the day's before panel. maybe because tom (holland) got to talk more than yesterday, or because hiddleston's calm attitude that lets him actually talk.
ultramarineblue that's my opinion too! Tom Hiddleston's attitude is so calm I love hearing him talk. I can't stand duo mackie and sebastian, especially mackie. ugh, his words and body language, so arrogant
don't get me wrong, i love sebastian stan, and mackie is funny too, it's obvious that tom enjoys bantering with him, but sometimes mackie jokes too much that he often ruins the flow of conversation.
Mackie saved that panel. He made it engaging, found ways to make the awkward humorous, and kept things upbeat. He gained a fan in me with the way he handled the situation.
I’m on the fence. The way Tom Hiddlestone is speaking it feels like an end of an era but Loki as a character always comes back. If Thor survives then I’m sure Loki will come back but if he dies then I think Loki will stay dead. Such a long time to wait to find out. I love Loki, he is such a complex character able to dance on the line between villain and anti-hero. Tom Hiddlestone is a seriously talented actor to portray all that and that’s why Loki is beloved.
If Loki doesn't come back IMO for me it's just another negative thing about IW2. Didn't like IW all that much - the handling of Team Cap; Loki is another character who is so complex in the comics. He's the Trickster and that's it? Huh. Feige just seems in too much hurry to stuff the "new MCU" onto screens. I honestly thought Loki would be back for IW2 - now I dunno.
Jazz G I think it's really over because Tom talked in detail about how they treated him. He was obviously shook up still. Tom never gives details but he did
It's unlikely that Loki will come back. His arc has gone full circle. And bringing him back from the dead again? People are frustrated as it is so no more resurrections. Of course he may come back in flashbacks.
Geoff Boucher was a fantastic moderator, really knew his stuff. He covered a variety of directors and work with both actors as well as comic lore, behind-the-scenes anecdotes, fun asides, questions on the craft - all while being upbeat, entertaining and personable. Thank you, sir, you were incredibly educated and on-point.
We got 45 seconds of Loki, AND now a whole series! It's the wrong Loki, but we'll take it. :D I have a bad feeling though that they brought him back just to hurt him (and us) even more
AM I THE ONLY PERSON WHO NOTICED THAT BOTH TOM'S ARE LITERALLY SITTING IN THE SAME POSITION LIKE WITH THE OLDER TOM HE'S SITTING WITH HIS LEFT LEG OVER RIGHT AND THE YOUNGER TOM IS SITTING WITH HIS RIGHT LEG OVER LEFT, THERES MKRE DETAILS BUT I AINT GONNA BORE YALL
Loki is the representation of all our insecurities and that’s why I love his character so much. He is a god but he acts so human... He and Tony are my two favorite characters ...🥰
Maybe Loki didn’t use any illusions in infinity war because he didn’t want to lie anymore. Maybe it is Loki coming full circle again and just trying to save his brother, who he has admired for so long. Loki’s entire life has been a lie so maybe he didn’t want to lie and disillusion people anymore. I love Loki, I feel a great connection with Loki - being the black sheep of the family and living in siblings shadows and I do hope he comes back since that death scene was very pathetic considering how they’ve developed and portrayed Loki in earlier films. However, from a creative element I can understand it since it’s so simplistic and so out of character because we have a new form of Loki. (I don’t know if any of this makes sense since I’m not very good at explaining myself through text.)
But this time he did it for the good of people and for the good side so maybe it shows he will always be a liar and mischievous but he can use that for the good guys
The interviewer might not be Kevin Smith, but I like him and I think he's a pretty darn good interviewer, plus is comics knowledge is pretty impressive.
Thank you, Mr. Hiddleston, for taking time to share your knowledge with us. Thank you for speaking so eloquently and being thoughtful with your answers. You have an amazing talent, Tom Hiddleston, thank you for sharing part of your journey as an actor with your fans and audience. HOWEVER, I DO wish that they had waited for Tom Hiddleston to finish his panel of questions before bringing out Tom Holland. While Mr. Holland seems to be a nice guy, the transition could have been smoother.
Holland: The Spider-Man stuff isn't real...Yeah I can't actually swing from Building to Building. I'd Love to be able to do that... Hiddleston: *Mics Drop, leaves the couch, then comes back* I through it was real!!! Not Cool Holland *Spiderman* you Lied to Hiddleston... *Loki* Why did you break Loki's Heart?!!! 😱😱😱😱😱 Holland called Hiddleston his MCU Grandfather...Man you are making Hiddleston feel older than he is!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
Thank god. Smith was failboat all day Saturday and talked/interupted too much during Vision an Scarlet Witch panel, and did NOTHING to stop those rude girls during the Civil War Q&A, literally nothing to take control of the situation at all.
thank god, this host is much better than Kevin, shows that he is a real comic book fan and ask good and interesting questions not only about marvel, his panel with Hayley was good as well. And when that rude girls did all that with Anthony and Sebastian Kevin did nothing to control the situation indeed!
I think they avoided Q&A to avoid asking Loki about his death, why he didn't use illusion, and others that would either remain unanswered or bring spoilers
Loki is like Draco Malfoy, he's bad for reasons only he knows but he's broken. Loki was lied to nearly his entire life. Draco was forced into something he wanted no part in. They share a common theme of lies and choices, both good and bad. Loki had a rough past while Draco had a rough future. Both wellspoken and love the characters :)
I've only just started watching, but Tom was just talking about how killing Loki at the beginning of Infinity War sets the stakes up. I actually disagree, I think killing such a loved character so early into the film was a mistake on their behalf, they could have killed someone who is less loved to show that Thanos is to be truly afraid of. To me, I remember the first time watching infinity war and there is this whole idea of not letting Thanos get to all the stones but I was there only thinking "ok, but is Loki really dead?" or "ok, but when is Loki coming back?". He isn't only loved, he was also already dead twice and came back, so naturally you cannot believe it and the thought distracted me for the whole movie and for the whole endgame too hahah. So yeah I think I was only truly engaged in the infinity was actions and the whole plot only the second time watching it as I was no longer expecting Loki to appear at any time😅 if they killed someone who isn't known for resurrections, at least you would be sad but accept that it just happened. Edit: and yeah, I know Thanos said there will be no resurrections this time, but hey this is Loki, and who is Thanos to know what is on Loki's mind and if that was even really Loki at all😆
Omg!!! I had the same thought. I was like - is he really dead? Maybe he will come back? I actually didn't believed till the movie finished that he's not going to come back. And even after the movie, I was like maybe in endgame. And because of that, the scene thrown me more off than setting the dark tone/stakes of the movie. Because I didn't believe it, as they killed a character who is known to come back twice.
Lin Hiril I can recommend; Eliot from the magicians and Philippe II from versailles or Johnny Weir and Yuri on ice. These are all slightly gayer tho Marvel comics also recently had a run with teen Loki
I think it’s just so sweet and awesome how they seem to have watched each other’s movies outside of the mcu.like the one where tom holland knows the sword sequence hiddleston had during kong:skull island.

I saw the ending you were talking about in another video. I thought it was so sweet how Holland was still willing to answer Q&As after the panel he experienced the day before. Like he didn't hold any grudges or judge all of his fans to be just like those 2 girls.
I love the one with the name “Tom” 🤣🤣🤣
I like the one thats british
I like the one that's with marvel comics
@D. C. Keasling do you know what sarcasm is, bc they're all just joking
@D. C. Keasling that's a joke
@D. C. Keasling what do you mean 'no'? It's a joke
Loki's character had so much depth and it carried the Thor movies forward.
Not much of bin in Ragnarok. no character development in that movie. but i agree the other Thor movies were on Loki's shoulders.
YTFlove4ever I agree.
50:30 Tom Holland applying lipbalm like it's nobody's business. 😂
Mille and a fan said something do you know? bc then he did a little nod 💕
I swear he might be vsco boy or something
Probably because it is nobody’s business
hiddleston has such a soothing addictive voice
37:06 tom hiddleston said 'oof' my life is complete
25:30 you can hear something's going on behind the camera. That must have been the moment when Tom Holland asked if he can join the panel haha

People shall never forget Hiddleston's portrayal of Loki!
He is a legend for creating this masterpiece character.
I can't stand duo mackie and sebastian, especially mackie. ugh, his words and body language, so arrogant
ultramarineblue agreed, Anthony Mackey is annoying!! He is a bully too
don't get me wrong, i love sebastian stan, and mackie is funny too, it's obvious that tom enjoys bantering with him, but sometimes mackie jokes too much that he often ruins the flow of conversation.
Bonnie Messick bruh it’s just banter I agree with ultramarine blue tho it sorta ruins the flow of the conversation but he isn’t bullying him.
Mackie saved that panel. He made it engaging, found ways to make the awkward humorous, and kept things upbeat. He gained a fan in me with the way he handled the situation.
Tom fidgeting with his glasses the entire time omfg I love him too much
I didn’t even notice until I read this
I’m on the fence.
Jazz G This
If Loki doesn't come back IMO for me it's just another negative thing about IW2.
Tom never gives details but he did
Or maybe they‘ll bring Loki back in another form. Like they did in the comic book.

Endgame could give me a 45 second flashback of Loki and I would be satisfied. I just need to see him be happy one last time.
Satisfied then? You got around that in endgame
Same i was like no no no this cant be the end of Loki.. not like this

We got 45 seconds of Loki, AND now a whole series! It's the wrong Loki, but we'll take it. :D I have a bad feeling though that they brought him back just to hurt him (and us) even more
It breaks my heart to know how hard it was for Tom to play that scene! I wish I was there to give Loki a hug!
Tom is such a gentelman!
Which one?

Hiddleston .. yes
That hug melted my heart :') They're both such sweethearts!
I have seen many interview videos and Hiddleston is one of very few that gave actual meaningful answers.
He is such a kind, wonderful person. He’s incredibly talented and yet humble.
Who?
wakdobok both
wakdobok Tom H
Hiddleston in my opinion.
The hug when he came in was everything 🖤
What about DR STRANGE 🤔
Except he lied in the same scene by pretending to swear undying loyalty to Thanos
But this time he did it for the good of people and for the good side so maybe it shows he will always be a liar and mischievous but he can use that for the good guys
actually turns out loki was supposed to be a double agent like be thanos' ally and then turn at him but it wasnt done for some strange reason
That's a beautiful theory and probably true
@Cynthia Trevino well no it is true he died in IW but he comes back from the scene in endgame after he escapes with the Tessaract
The interviewer might not be Kevin Smith, but I like him and I think he's a pretty darn good interviewer, plus is comics knowledge is pretty impressive.

I love how when he speaks everyone is silent. He ties his words together so well and his voice is very calming
Thank you, Mr. Hiddleston, for taking time to share your knowledge with us. Thank you for speaking so eloquently and being thoughtful with your answers. You have an amazing talent, Tom Hiddleston, thank you for sharing part of your journey as an actor with your fans and audience.
HOWEVER, I DO
wish that they had waited for Tom Hiddleston to finish his panel of questions before bringing out Tom Holland. While Mr. Holland seems to be a nice guy, the transition could have been smoother.
That's because it was not planned and Tom asked spontaneously if he may join Hiddleston on stage
However Tom Holland coming in made the panel more fun
Tom Hiddleston is so well spoken. I’ll listen to any interview or panel he gives.
I'll miss you Loki.. I really hope he's not actually gone

I really wish peter and Loki got to meet in the movies I feel like they would get along somehow
anyone watching this in 2021, who knew that he would get his own show.
I think they avoided Q&A to avoid asking Loki about his death, why he didn't use illusion, and others that would either remain unanswered or bring spoilers
alex cortez +
they didn't have any mics in the crowd, if you watch the full part they want to but the interviewer says that there aren't any mics to use.
Hiddleston: *Delivering a beautiful compliment*
Holland: "Hi!!!😊😊😊"
Edit: and yeah, I know Thanos said there will be no resurrections this time, but hey this is Loki, and who is Thanos to know what is on Loki's mind and if that was even really Loki at all😆
im late but loki chose to die bc he knows his old self is alive in a different timeline. Watch the loki series on disney +
I came for the one bit where Tom Hiddleston talks about “Remains of the Day” because I LOVE that movie and not enough people have seen it.
Video: what is so special about Loki
