I think it's safe to say that he turned out okay. I mean I've seen his Dad with him at a premier or two if I'm not mistaken. He probably doesn't have major issues or anything. Besides, He's stated that he came from a close knit family. Whether both parents or just one was present in he and his sisters lives, they all are fine I'm sure.

Does anybody ever notice how in like every single interview... Tom always ends up like defending Loki, lol I don't think I've ever seen another villain actor who ends up defending their character as much as Tom does and I love it so much XD
Because Tom loves his characters and puts alot of himself in each telling. I adore how hard he works to bring uniqueness to his character.

Tom was the most popular person on this panel. I wonder if there would be the same result if all the stars were there. He became very popular very quickly at Comic Con and has continued to this day. His acting in anything is astounding but I do think he appeals to the young women in the age group of Comic Con. I hope his star burns bright for a long time because I would like to see him in more roles where he looks like himself ( i.e The Night Manager). I'm not a comic book person but I do enjoy these interviews.

I have this adorable headcannon (and quite possibly true assumption) that Chris is sitting next to Tom because Tom has something of an inherently comforting presence so Chris finds sitting next to Tom reassuring and it helps Chris's anxiety.
I don't know how true that is but it's my headcannon XD

every time tom speaks its like his voice is on a completely different tone from everyone else. Its not even the fact that hes British its just his voice. The core of his voice is just mesmerizing

To be fair though, he isn't present at most Avengers panels so that's probably why sooo many Loki/Hiddles fans were at this panel.
Actually Loki/Hiddles fans were at this 2011 panel because Thor had come out earlier in spring or summer. Before that no one knew of Loki or had any idea that he'd be in Avengers. The first Avengers panel 2010 was just announcing the heros that had signed on at that point. Marvel was adamant that the villain character be top secret. Once it was finally announced,, probably right before this panel, I believe Tom was at all the panels and promotional events around the world with the cast.
Did anyone else notice at 33:49 that Tom leaned over to make sure Chris was ok? It was so pure because before this whole Marvel thing, he was just a theatre kid, just like Tom. Tom is literally the sweetest.

I just came here to watch an avengers cast interview but I essentially got a Tom Hiddleston interview - and as a huge fan of him as an actor and specifically as Loki, I could not be more pleased!!!
I love all these guys and all their character's! But Tom Hiddleston has done Loki a great service by making him relatable even though he does terrible things! He's not some cheesy carboard cutout character! He's fascinating to watch, so many layers to him and if you go by this panel alone, Loki is a fan favorite! I hope they keep him around as long as they can! Thank God for the great writing and for the way Tom Hiddleston brings Loki to life!

Watching this interview in 2021 and it breaks my heart to see how popular Tom was back in 2011-2016 time and how because of that whole Hiddleswift debacle, he completely withdrawn himself, became less active on social media and most importantly stopped being silly and fun in the interviews. I love Taylor Swift and I shipped them a lot but people were really shit to them, especially to Tom. I hope he claims his throne once again in the MCU and in Hollywood.

If I knew how to grab snippets of video, I would do it. I'm fairly new to UA-cam and can't figure out how to do video from videos already on UA-cam. Picture stills and music, yes; but, not video. If anyone can help, I'd be willing to put the Tom parts together.

You know I actually going thru this Hiddlestoner phase and am watching his interview and when this came up I said yeah why not although it's not mainly about Loki but boy was I wrong. Most of interview always have fangirls talking about him. It somehow ended up with mainly Tom steals the show as always 😁
