We dove into this 1960s flip house expecting a fresh makeover, but what we found was more trick than treat! 🎭 From active roof leaks (because who needs a dry house? 🌧️), missing attic insulation (Texas summers are overrated anyway 🔥), and exposed electrical junction boxes (a real-life game of “Will It Spark?” ⚡), to deteriorating cast iron pipes (mmm… vintage plumbing! 🏚️), a dishwasher that refuses to drain (soak those dishes, y’all! 🍽️), and a leaky sink drain (free indoor water feature 💦)-this place had it all!

The breaker size doesnt need to match the AC unit, it needs to match the conductor size. Breakers protect the wire, not the things plugged in.

@@tron3749 totally see where you’re coming from and do not necessarily disagree. However, one of the few things that can overrule any published code is a manufacturer specification and if the manufacturer says do not exceed a certain size, you cannot exceed a certain size. You certainly can, but it’s not gonna bode well for any type of warranty claims.

No basement or crawl space?
So many problems, some are easy enough but it looks like they have forgotten to hire a roofer a landscaper a plumber and an electrician.
Some idiot will buy it thinking that it’s a good deal and they will need to hire everyone to put it in order.
Was the cast iron pipe under the house or under the yard? Cause it looks rotted.
