- While traveling I had the chance to stop in to a unique store for cactus and tropical plants. The store is named Mother. You can find more info here mother-plants..... Let's check out what I got while I was there and get these cacti into some nice new pots. I love a good plant haul on a road trip!

Nice pick-ups, they look great in the terracotta pots. I wouldn’t worry too much about the marks on the Opuntia, they’re well known for developing blemishes, especially on older pads. Thank you for sharing with us 👍🏻🌵☀️
Thanks! Good to know!
Nice cactus needs a good drink of water for sure ❤️
Nice haul! As for the spots, I noticed them on a cactus my mum has. I tried to look into it but basically I could only find really vague answers. Basically it’s too much or too little of -temp, water or light. ...take your pick lol. Anyway apparently it’s harmless so I give up my search for answers. Hopefully someone more into cacti will be able to help us out.
Back Garden Bonsai Thanks! I’ll keep an eye on it. Lol You’ve got to love the answers that cover every possible problem! One of them has got to be it!
Very cool cactuses! They look great in those pots. That top dressing was a great touch. I'm not sure about those Mark's myself, Todd at Todd's Tropicals might now as he's into cactuses.
Thanks! It does kind of tie the thing together nicely. Luckily there has not been much change in those spots.
Whats up there on the left bubbling and smoking away? Cheers and very interesting cactus
It is a DIY humidifier that has a small fog maker atomizer thingy in it. I was thinking about making a bigger one that put out more fog! Thanks for watching!
Love your channel. Are you on Instagram and FB? As far as the spots, looks like maybe Mealy Bugs, which are white fuzzy looking spots. Google that. If so, mix 50/50 rubbing alcohol and water and spray plant with it. It will kill the fungus.
