Juninho ist definitely the best ever freekicktaker, there shouldnt be any debate about this.
watch Brazil 5 vs 1 Bolivia / yesterday's game where Neymar beat Pelé's goal record for the Brazilian team. GO BRAZIL!!!🇧🇷🇧🇷
Bet
13:52 "how does it go up to down"
This is one of the hardest things to do, but its top spin.
Its hard to explain in text but you contact(kick) the ball a little higher on the ball.
This is in fact one of the few things in Football I cant do. I can do a lot of things, most things I see pro's do, but the top spin free kicks is REALLY hard. But I know HOW it is done.
The best I have EVER seen in getting the ball to move up to down (commonly called "Dip") was Hagi in the late 80's early 90's
Juninho is probably the best free kick taker of all time, and Hagi is probably the 2nd best free kick taker of all time, but possibly the best long shooter from open play I have ever seen. Also Matt Le Tissier, the dip he got was insane. Hagi and Le Tissier, are somewhat forgotten now, but were absolute BEASTS in the 90's. (Le Tissier is somewhat forgotten even in England, where he is from, despite being one of the most talented English players ever, possibly THE most talented, yep he really was that good)
Making the ball dip is a natural thing on certain types of volleys, but from the ground is VERY hard to do, you have to be an absolute MASTER at striking the ball (kicking) to do it, even some of the bets free kick takers struggle getting the right amount of dip
He scored freekick from almost everywhere halfway ...
That's why they give him pro evolution soccer game 99% percent of free kick precision he was the only one that have it 99
2000-2006 scariest sight when it comes to free kicks was juninho standing over the ball. The ball was in the back of net before he even took it.
16:04 they were playing for Brazil national squad. Back in 2002 we had Ronaldinho, Roberto Carlos and Juninho as free kick takers. Nowhere was safe against these three.
It's comforting to see native English speakers speaking words that have "NH" in them. They simply don't understand that this has a single sound (Juninho turns into "Junin ho'), it looks like Korean, and, to make it funnier, they even added a Spanish "J", making it, for us Brazilians, RUNIN HO, in the same way that they must see the difficulty of Brazilians when trying to speak the sound of "TH" (The), which does not exist in the Portuguese language!
I love this kind of thing!
now i love you guys. thanks for reacting to my goat at last.
13:49 That's a technique called Folha Seca (dry tree leaf) Shot!. Take a look at Zico's goal with Brazil against Scotland in World Cup 1982.
By the way, the 2002 Brazil MNT was OP. Juninho was injured and was unable to play in the World Cup, but imagine how crazy things would have been if he had been allowed to play at that time.
Best in free kicks untill today
Marcelinho Carioca with 86 free kicks, was the player who scored the most goals from set pieces in the World! 🇧🇷
No he isnt lol, official fifa goals juninho has the most.
Yall guys need to check Rogerio Ceni up
Talented players are able to give the ball the direction they want, according to the way they shoot (the part of the foot that comes into contact with the ball and the part of the ball that is touched, in the center, on the sides of the ball...). For example, if they want a curve more to the right, or to the left, for the ball to go straight, for the ball to make turns and curls until its final goal, this is called "effect" and is learned in children's schools (some have a natural gift and develop it, others don't).
There was only one ball, called the Jabulani (from Adidas), that was used in the World Cup in South Africa/ 2010, and it was uncontrollable! This happened because this ball had a little roughness on its surface!
16:04 He actually was in the same team with Ronaldinho and Ronaldo which was the brazil national team during the 2006 World Cup
World champions of what? He said..and we still feel the shock..😂
Marcelinho Carioca the best
Juninho is definitely the undesputed free kick GOAT PUT SOME RESPECT there's no debate.
THE KING OF THE HILL (VASCO DA GAMA'S HILL STADUIM).
MARCELINHO CARIOCA !!!! PLEASEEE
The Steph Curry of soccer
UCL champions League, in like NBA playoffs, but on STEROIDS. not just two conferences, but ALL European countries, leagues best teams go off on each other. only 32 club teams are allowed, so during summer, most weak leagues in Europe best teams play each other just to PLAY in UCL champions league!
easy to sayn UCL winner is considered best football club on the planet!
No one is even close to him at free kicks …. Not even the goat Messi….
Hagi was close to Juninho at free kicks, and even better at long shooting from open play, seriously Juninho is the greatest Free kick taker of all time, but Hagi for me is 2nd and the only one I would put in the same category as Juninho at free kicks
apparently you've never seen someone slip accidentally, everytime someone slips, you guys get so mad
7:05 Hyperbole (is the word for it, yes it was Hyperbole)
Hi -per-bolly
"exaggerated statements or claims not meant to be taken literally."
He has the most as well (77 free kicks)
