(DNA EXTRACTION)
Q.2) 1 Minor experiment = 4 marks
(Plant population density, or plant population freequency)
Q.3) 1 Slide preperation = 5 marks
( either pollen germination on stigma or onion root tip for mitosis study)
Q.4) Spotting = 7 marks
( 1 mark for each specimen)
