@@Kongproductions101 Now that I look at both side by side, the neck could be a bit smaller on Hiya’s, though at the same time the vinyl Shimo does kinda look like she’s on the thicker side, especially in the neck, face, and front legs
Exactly, I honestly hope that they end up releasing standard MMS versions of Shimo and Skar, even if it means missing out on the beautiful paint that Skar has. Even then, calling these exclusives still feels like an overstatement.

@@デストロイア I sure hope so! If not, I at least hope they release standard MMS versions of Skar and Shimo for more people to enjoy. Hopefully you enjoy the two if you end up getting them! Ah yes, the toy based on a character scanned from a toy. Toyception! It’s cool that we finally have a new Bandai Zilla after all this time! However, from what we’ve seen so far, paint and details seem a little lackluster. I hope that what we saw, if it’s even real, was just an early version and not the real deal, and that Bandai will have time to improve the paint. Regardless of whether or not it gets changed, I still plan on getting it when (or if) it gets officially announced!
@@デストロイア I'm honestly fine with how Skar's hands are, but fists would have been cool too! And yeah, a Zilla Jr. would be awesome! Maybe some other monsters from Godzilla The Series should have figures as well, but I'm not sure if that's something Bandai is willing to go through with.
Yeah, I can see why the Battle Roar version would be better than other versions I don’t really have high standards for Playmates in the first place because they’re mainly targeted towards the smaller audiences, but Bandai calling their Shimo of almost the same quality “premium” just doesn’t sit right with me
@@Honestly_KaiJS @Honestly_KaiJS I never have high standards for Playmates either, but I have liked some of their releases. The Hong Kong battle Godzilla being my favorite. Premium? Maybe not but, I don't really care. I've been Soo excited when she was announced that I kept checking Ebay every single Day till I could Finally preorder her, which I have. Whilst I wasn't thrilled about having to get Scooter King too, I just decided that I wasn't waiting any longer for her to be sold separately. The tyrant ape's definitely going to Goodwill or somewhere else when the set arrives, he's not hanging around my Shimo, not even a second. XD I am however, more excited for when I get my Hiya Shimo really. Knowing Hiya though, they'll have another variant of her before then. Yet since they announced the Skullcrawlers, I'm expecting them to announce their Mechagodzilla soon. But who knows what their next announcement will be.

I suppose there are some advantages to having the Bandai over the Playmates one, such as more durability if you plan on throwing it around or something. Poor Skar tho, but I can see why you wouldn't want him. Hopefully he finds a nice home! Oooooh, Hiya Shimo definitely looks great, cool to see that you'll be getting it! I think this shimo vinyl, is the most accurate shimo yet, sculpt and not paint
Well, Bandai is usually pretty accurate when making their molds, but I’d argue that Hiya’s Shimo is more accurate to what we saw in the movie

Playmates Shimo was too bland, mouth not even painted. The battle roar Shimo fixes that.
