If you have heat and replace the last hit with 1 instead of 2. You can heat dash and squeeze a few more damage by to doing 🔙1, 2, 2 or do a more safer and more consistent move 1 + 2
I play Fox and imma tell you that straight up, no one higher than Garyu gonna let you just hit that duck in-> F2 That shit is rare as a steak should be Nice chip damage tho

so the blue dot is 1, yellow is 2, green is 3 and red is 4. each number represents each limb of the character so 1 and 2 being left and right arm, 3 and 4 being left and right leg. its really easy to see on pad and joystick, bit harder on keyboard.
I think it’s easier to pull off with heat, as that negates the need for the double duck. You can just go straight into the heavy hits. It is, however, very readable so I suppose you’d still be correct.
That's why his low hook always hits, they think Steve ain't got no legs, he ain't gonna hit me low, surprise mf. You can condition them into blocking low then overhead and bounce them for a combo

I play against a variety of friends holding all different ranks up to Tekken god of destruction, and he always blocks or parries it but my guy at Tekken King still doesn't react it sometimes. It'll be helpful for people below blue probably but after you move into Garyu people are a little more polished

Yeah Steve's combos in T7 were much harder. If you didn't have good execution damage was very low, almost no wall carry and Gatling was hard to do. Now you have piss easy F2,2,2 combo filer and easy wall combos like raw Gatling or even better F2,2,1+2 into OKI.
@@emmsk4530 No damage? Most combos do 70-77Hp without walls, easy execution. Lion Heart needs some tweaking, but ub3 LNH2 is crazy good for whiff punish/launch.
That’s not even max damage, nor is df1,1+2 an input, for more damage you can do a micro dash b1,2 after the df1,21 then the same combo, or you can do the micro sass 3,11 combo for a lot more damage

There is so many ways to set it up to catch out the higher ranks, but yes you are right. I am battle ruler and I catch my opponents 60% of the time

tekken notation >> 1,2,3,4
keyboard >> U,I,J,K
pad >> box, triangle, x, o

The notation is a bit of, but I already know what site you used. They don't allow for specific stances or special notations.

Think of it as one whole string, so df2, 1+2, ub2… making sure ur fingers are ready on ub after pressing 1+2 :) practice practice practice

These are just some simple combos I found for anyone starting Steve. I can assure you he’s still pretty tough to play with…
