I heard that high school and college football coaches hate Ashton Jeanty. Why you might ask? Because they've been teaching kids forever to get in a running position before you get the ball or block. Turns out the best thing to do is just stand upright (looking menacing) and read the play as it unfolds and not let the other team have time to react lol. The way he just stands there has to have some kind of psychological effect on the defense right? Is he going this way or is he going that way, is he going to be carrying the ball or not? You can't tell what he's going to do until he does it lol. He is such a threat that the other team tends to focus on him so much that they forget about the other players on the field lmao.
