I have my 2,5 year old and my 8 month old sharing a room. Baby still feeds ones a night, but that doesnt wake up his older brother (YAY!) Reason for moving the kids in one room is that we needed the babyroom to become a home office. Thank you for sharing your experience. Always nice to see your face here 🤜🤛
So thankful for this video! This helps it not seem so intimidating! I am pregnant with my third and have only a two bedroom. I’m going to be rewatching the one to help the baby to sleep through the night early on.
All 5 of my boys share a room at the moment. They do great together. They are all pretty close in age. The oldest 2 have their own room but right now we have been waiting on bunkbeds coming so they are all together.
As a mom of 3 boys all the things you just said sound completely impossible 😢. My 6 year old is very definite. Wakes everyone up in the house as soon as he is awake he is just go go go
OH MY GOODNESS YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL... i know i said that in my last comment, but you are. AND...how about a picture of how you set up the girls room for all 3 .... oh forget it, i've already seen it. LOVE, Dad xoxo
Thanks for sharing your experiences! We are expecting our forth around a similar time and we have our oldest two girls sharing a room. I don’t know what the gender is of our forth but they will share a room either with their sisters or brother. We have books in their room and keep to a sleep routine too!
We have two boys right now and they share a room. We have a third on the way who I hope to have in the room as well. What time do you usually start them in their room since there is a chance they will stay up for a bit playing and what would be the goal time they are asleep? Another question would be do you keep the lights on so that they can see to play or is there a night light? Right now we put them both to bed at the same time and the room is pitch black with the sound machine. But I like the idea of them playing and putting themselves to sleep when they are tired just curious on the logistics of that side of things!
We tend to have them in their room at around 730! And Meredith falls asleep rather quickly, but the older girls will play for maybe an hour or so… it always depends on the day they had. Last night they were OUT right away haha! We don’t have a light in their room, however we keep a low light on outside their room and because the door is a French door, they get some of that light in their room!
It was like you made this video for me 😂 I have a 2 1/2 year old and a 15 month old and the younger one still sleeps in our room because I'm scared to move them in together. But I decided that this month Im ready to have my room back! Lol
Do it!!! It’s definitely nerving to put kiddos in a room together because you really don’t know how it’s going to go, and in my case, I thought of all the worst things happening haha! But I was pleasantly surprised by how well it went each time and I hope the same for you!
Since the noise maker is on, and the girls are good sleepers, if one kid wakes up it almost never wakes up the other kids! And usually they need something when they wake up for us… like Meredith lost her soother, or Charlotte can’t find her bunny, etc. Once they get what they need, they are back to dream land!

Yes and the same mannerisms 😂 I wonder the same thing with my sisters. 😂👍🏻
I'd love to know what you do if they wake up at night!
In the first part of the video Rachel mentions that her kids sleep through the night...

I know this video is a bit old, but it’s difficult to hear you clearly with the echoing from the room.
So what did you do if they cried for you? Our kids sleep to a decent hour, but our oldest has a hard time sleeping alone.

Wow!! So amazing mom ✌️✌️same as well here❤️❤️❤️support you from japan 💕💕
Wait did you say you won’t have a little boy in the room with them even so young?
No she did not say that so please stop fishing for mistakes 😜
You remind me of sarah therese..idk why .
Maybe because they are sisters ? Lol ♥️
