It’s a shame that no other brand provide wide options, a wide fitting mercurial from Nike would SMASH sales for example if they offered that. they have a wide fit variation of the Nike Mercurial Zoom Vapor 15 Elite which are probably at the #1 spot in terms of speed boots this season. However, I myself have a pair of the new balance furon v7s and they fit my moderatly wide feet perfectly and are incredible boots
I just finally bought these. Agree about the sole plate. I usually prefer super stiff outsoles for stability but somehow these are just as stable without being even as stiff as my pred accuracy’s. As someone who often controls the ball and passes with studs, the outside studs are GREAT for trapping and passing. I ended up going true to size and my toe is right up to the end. Any smaller and they would be too short. Love the midcut sock too. One of the best collars ever imo.

That's a good point! That being said, I do think the SpeedFlow and SpeedPortal laceless models were designed a bit differently. They carry slightly different materials to their .1 counterparts. These in my opinion are just in a league of their own as far as laceless boots go. Almost as much lockdown as a laced boot and a superior comfort to almost every other boot on the market 🔥

Hey Noah, do you experience any excessive insole movement in the vapor 15s? Seems like the insoles aren't as secured as they were in the 14s. Do you think i should super glue them so they don't move around or should i just buy replacement insoles
Not much mate, no! The only time I would is when I put the boots on - if I have grip socks sometimes the grip causes the insole to move a bit. Once the boots are on though there's been no slippage for me 🔥

Yeah I'm in the same boat. Can only find the laceless versions in my region and I've never worn laceless. I like feeling strapped in. My concern is they might feel great to begin with but over the course of a season, worsen and loosen up.

I'd probably go with the 46.5 just because they fit almost exactly true to size 👍🏼 you might have a tiny bit of space at the end but I reckon if you go with the smaller size you'll crush your feet

If these had laces I might say these, but the Futures are class to be fair - both boots do a really nice job wrapping my foot and giving a good feeling on the ball

Hi mate, you'll probably have to do some research on where to find the wide fit variations of these, as they sold out pretty quickly! I would recommend looking all over the internet, not just prodirect.
My feet are a size 9 lengthwise, but I get rollover on tongues cause my feet are too narrow/shallow so I have to wear an insole. When I do that, I get some heel slippage and don’t feel as secure. You recommend I go a half size down if I can fit lengthwise?
That's a big IF! These fit almost exactly true to size on the length in my testing, so I'd just be a big careful. It's important to get the correct length! If you still have rollover, I'd go for a different model! Something that is more suited to thinner feet.

Nope! They've been great mate. Of course they're laceless so they won't be as locked in as a laced pair, but they do really well!
