If I already agreed to a settlement am I able to appeal a settlement. They lawyer keep telling me no he didn’t want to go to trial he didn’t want to help me at all
From 1.2M to 44M wow This what happen when defense Roll the dice 🎲 I’m pretty sure they will Appeal, even so they still gona pay over 10-15M+ I hope this is a lesson learn for all you carriers/defense attorneys to compensate injured victim when you are Dead Wrong!😑 you sitting on billions of dollars how is 1.2M gona hurt you when you will continue making money, while injured victims will have to live with the pain&suffering for the rest of their lives . During the appeal I Wish the Appellate court say that’s too low. Add another 10M on that lol

My case was out of Arkansas but since I’m black my lawyer screwed me over and didn’t no my worth
