      Glad you found it helpful. If you look at my videos on the Bounty Hunter Time Ranger Pro, they are the same detector.

      Awesome brotha! It is a great detector especially in heavily Iron infested areas. In heavy Iron leave your F75 home and take the F19.

    Brother, if the iron in the ground is thick and the detector is giving readings of nonferrous, then how will you understand it without digging it?

    • @AmericanDetection
      @AmericanDetection  2 роки тому +1

      There is an old saying in metal detecting..."When in doubt, dig it out" You should dig any target you even think might be a good target.

    What kind of reading will the pin pointer show when an object is at a greater depth?

    • @AmericanDetection
      @AmericanDetection  2 роки тому +1

      Pinpoint will show depth in inches. If it's too deep it will just be blank.

      Brother, will the pin pointer tell the depth of the hidden object reading zero or will it not show any number at all?

    • @khajanekeraaz

    Just purchased an F19, it is missing the knurled knob and bolt that hold the detector coil. Can I use a regular metal bolt, or does it have to be plastic? Waiting for Fisher to get back to me.

    • @AmericanDetection
      @AmericanDetection  4 місяці тому +1

      No you need plastic. If you still haven’t heard back from fisher email russ@frsttx.com

      A guy suggested the detech 13"ultimate DD coil for this? comes with screw attatchment, I also found a cheaper brand, I think it was called Nel coil that go with this detector, I just bought one these second hand ro try out as getting into this hobby.

      @@stephenmaas8775 I only use Fisher coils. My favorite is the 12COILDD-FRL for the F19.

    I agree a great detector but lacks depth..you need that sorted...better search coil..

      Hello Robin- I'd suggest the Fisher CZ21 for both salt and fresh water. If you were just doing fresh water I'd go with the Fisher 1280x as it is waterproof to 200 feet deep and a little cheaper but lacks the circuitry to handle the extreme mineralization of the salt water where the CZ21 has the ability to handle saltwater as well as fresh water. Gods luck!
