Thats like someone going AWOL from the army and. sending in orders to the trenches... That's bad bad judgement... its also cowardly advice... shame on anyone who listens to this and finds comfort in it... its advice for cowards and as a woman who had fought to clean up after this kind of complacency...it really pisses me off when I hear this kind of weakness... He is advising the people of this land to give up on their land, to comply with tyranny and to exclaim that we should not address the issues that mature adults should have been addressing all along..... I maybe wrong, but it was my understanding that the Baliffs were at Julia's property in relation to a VEHICLE and not Council Tax. Also, IMO, if the people are expected to pay CT there needs to be a more transparent avenue for those said people to view the complete audit of costs for the year for each borough subjected to those charges, which can then be instantly comparable with the amount of CT being charged per house hold for the same year. It should further be by overall voted consensus whether the people wish to subsidise certain services, because some of them are no longer applicable to certain borough anymore due to fraudulent actions going on i.e. like you said, libraries. Ours have been taken over by fraudulent means
Yes, it was an unregistered debt collector who refused to identify himself, he clamped the car of a 3rd person (Julia) and the hookwinked to epolice into breaking the 2015 criminal justice and courts act.
Julia, having done nothing even remotely illegal, was assaulted.

And what about bills, anyway? You mean our public utilities that were sold off unlawfully (no deed of assignment from the public there, no referendum, our trustees simply sold it, and all our bills went up, and the service went down)?
Parliament was formed in 1688 to serve us, but has now become a predator. What exactly has all your voting and paying of taxes and bills achieved? Potholes and imminent WWIII?
@@paulkirton8945 Please expand on what bills you are referring too? It seems you have personal knowledge of their situation. Only, if there was a legitimate bill to pay as you put it, it stands to logical reasoning that they (the Bailiffs) would not have had to lie to gain authority to remove their property.
There is no obligation to pay any taxes. Also the councils don't pay for all the things you say that's what they want you to believe. You should look into the lobo loans which is what most of the money goes too. You have to think why are so many councils bankrupts.
You say there is no obligation to pay any taxes. Therefore, if you write to the inland revenue and tell them that you don't want to pay any more tax, will they write back and say that's no problem? Also, whenever you buy something in a shop, if you say that you don't want to pay the VAT, will they say that's fine and reduce the price by 20% for you? Also, if there is no obligation to pay any taxes, why are around 100 people sent to prison each year for not paying their council tax? 🤔
@@robjames1963 they get sent to prison because they accept liability throught the titles that the corporation of an individual council uses against them. E.g. the occupier, resident etc.

@@robjames1963 well I'm a professional gambler and I don't pay any income tax. If you don't want to pay tax on food then I would advise growing your own or fasting for long periods. Becoming sovereign and learning more about sovereignty would be the best way to go regarding that. There is actually no obligation to tell the inland revenue anything so you don't need to ask for permission from anyone in a lower authority than yourself. I'm not saying it would be easy but it can be done.

Council tax is a legally constituted liability on all housholders, I'm afraid - it's as simple as that.
Richard Vobes has provided a wealth of useful information and open my eyes up to the public scams. He always stresses that he is providing information only and not telling people what to do. The lawful remedy videos are bringing together a community of likeminded people. I can't see anything wrong there.

The people he has on are giving advice on legal matters, but he puts out a disclaimer saying they are NOT giving legal advice. In other words, he is saying you should not listen to them and you should not take their advice! 😂
@@robjames1963 I am not acting on the information but it is useful in terms of explaining the widespread corruption inherent in the system. The people on the show are not the first of their kind but I admire the way they are standing up for their sovereignty. It doesn't mean I am going to do it their way but I still admire their gust and vigour. The system needs to be challenged, changed and dissolved.

There has always been corruption throughout the entire world, and there always WILL be. In what way do you think the system could be changed to make that corruption go away?
@@robjames1963 through my early research there appears to be an everyday system and a far more powerful one behind the scenes. As individuals we have been manipulated, engineered and conditioned to operate within the system. Pushback to whatever extent and to whatever extent the individual can do this is the start. Self awareness and acquisition of knowledge are useful ways to understand the system and its operations. I am at this stage. What I do know is that central banking, authoritarian and tyrannical fascism of the WEF, WHO and UN as well as widespread abuse of children and the disabled and poor are not realities I am willing to support.

Income tax, VAT, fuel tax. We are taxed on ever single Great British Pound we spend, every time it's spent, forever. Councils are a body corporate. There's no obligation to pay them anything unless you've expressly agreed to do so. You can contribute if you so choose, but to force people to pay under threats of menaces and coercion is unlawful. Theft and terrorism.

I pay council tax. When you pay council tax there is no argument that you have a legitimate address. Without a legitimate address you can quickly run into problems with the DVLA, banks, and car insurance.
I like a quiet life and I pay the cheapest council tax possible.
I do wonder why I pay £1,500 pa if you're paying £12 pa in Bulgaria. I used to live in Australia, and were I now living in inner Melbourne I would be paying roughly half what I'm paying in the rural UK.
The biggest cost that the council where I live has is adult social care. It's provision is still inadequate.
IMO a lot of what the council does is very badly organised. Sometimes this is because of rules and regulations which are obeyed to the nth degree with no one ever questioning the necessity. Sometimes it's just because a council can't really go out of business, and its employees know this. I think a lot of council workers put in a fair day's work, but I know there are others who do next to nothing, and will until they retire.
Bulgaria interest me as a place to live, at least part time. I like six months of the year where I live though.
Hire a PO box and stop paying for the temeriy of not wanting to sleep outside.
Also a boat is not rateable.

@@nickob55 Yes I pay my bills but that doesn't mean i have to like it or agree with it, especially when the government piss it up the wall on wars that have nothing to do with us or housing migrants in 5 star hotels.
