Adjust your fov, safe screen, and your controls. Or try turning off " 3-finger swipe to screenshot " on your settings. This will help to increase your phone sensitivity

Go to main settings (settings when you are not playing on a world/server) and go to video and click on adjust safe screen. The purpose of adjusting the safe screen is to find the correct screen area based on your phone's screen size and this will increase your screen controllability including the action buttons.

On pc, if you try mj bridging you must look up and down again and again to avoid block place stopping. On safe bridging, just sprint and do not move your mouse or if it still doesn't work try to adjust ur fov that could work
