So stoked y’all/you are doing the Journey… but for future reference, if you don’t know if it the actual music video or not, if it isn’t from the NF UA-cam page, then it isn’t the actual video.

"You have so many delights awaiting you, but you will never find them sleepwalking." You spend your life in a dream you can't escape because you live your life in a coma.. you're never awake.
We point the finger too much while stating, "Let me remain unhealed and still feel good about myself, allow me to continue treating others in ways I dont want to be treated and still be loved by them allow me to continue this path of self destruction and self soothing creating excuses for the fruitless nucence that comes with the sacrifices of having only one life fueled by reaction and ego.

I once heard an answer to the question "If you could choose a superpower, what would it be?"... That left me shook... She answered... "To live life without worrying about what anybody else thinks."

I'm 26 years old and over the years my answer to this question would change every few years and for the past 8 years my answer was the same and that is to be able to teleport because I have anxiety and panic attacks related to travel, I started going to therapy but my therapist is like 35 minutes away by car which is not a lot but every time that I go (every Friday), I have anxiety and psysically feel terrible and every time I just wish that I could just teleport to the therapy session. I go to a daily hospital and the first half (first hour and a half where we do stuff like paint or draw or do logic puzzles I feel OK and anxiety would come and go. But then we have a group therapy (9 patients and a doctor and a nurse) that lasts for one hour, maybe a little more I feel terrible, my anxiety would come back and would grab a hold of me and would not dissipate for the entire time and would only lessen when I arrive home. Last time I had to get out earlier that normal, I left after about 45 minutes because my anxiety was so bad that I had to remove myself from the situation. I feel fine when I go somewhere close to home and I feel worse as I go somewhere that is 25 or more minutes away from my house, so that is why my answer would be to teleport. Or even better if I didn't have anxiety at all

Ill be the big 5 0 in a few weeks, no idea how, i was 20 last week!. My 'thing' musically has always been rock/metal, rap was never something i could get into, i like a bit of Eminem and such sometimes but it was never my thing, until i discovered NF a few weeks ago, no bad language, no drugs, guns, or scantily clad twerking women, just words i can connect to. Ive heard so many of his songs in the last few weeks that i just felt like he knows me and how ive felt sometimes in the past 50 years.

"What if we were fully living?" How ironic because in one of NF's songs he says those same words.

Great video - I think it's great that you have the lyrics up, NF raps fast and if this is the 1st time you hear the song, you would miss so much.

One of the saddest things for me is never having someone in my life that has this kind of perception. It’s lonely out here for the deep thinkers.

Many of us end up being so wrapped up in ourselves that we don't realize that by taking a step back... looking at the bigger picture is the first aid kit we need to start getting better.

Some of his songs truly helped me look at my emotions in a different way and to seek help. The hope album really hit me I cried when I heard mistake because I couldn't believe I use to look at myself that way and was so hard on myself. Then running made me cry because that's what I was going through at that time. Letting go of my dark passenger aka my younger hurt self thanking him for getting me here but I couldn't live like that anymore.

I'm actually right now in this situation. Im in the process of waking up, but its so hard to do when all i ever knew was that one way to live my life, full of anxiety and fear. It's really scary because i dont know how to do it

I never heard the reference of being a sleep walker.. I’m in a deep sleep thats forsure.. that’s why I always pushed life to the limits and pushed death just to feel alive.. but I was so scared of the norm of life of love and the little things in life.. pain is the fifth element to life to let you know your alive.. and I am always choosing that 5th element over the others.. I need to open my eyes.. i have already lost so much.. but I still have some new doors to find my path to being alive.. I’m so hopeful bc I don’t wanna sleep anymore.. I need to wake up

along a similar emotional journey as NF from depression to happiness, I would suggest checking out the band Beartooth. The singer's journey , Caleb Shomo, has inspired me to live life to a fuller extent and overcome my anxieties like no other artist has. I too was lost and complacent in my depression because it was what I always knew and Beartooth and NF have helped me a lot with those feelings.

Sometimes I just sit and watch people going about their day...and I wonder.. 'do any of you know what this feels like as well... do any of you also just want to go to sleep and never wake up again'..

If you like songs that deal with mental health I would love to recommend the band Citizen Soldier. they are a rock band that was formed by lead vocalist Jake Segura after he tried to take his own life and had to stay in a psychiatric facility where he decided to change his life for the better and while in the facility he wrote his first song "Let it burn" now Jake is now practicing as a clinical therapist and making music over a plethora of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, body dysmorphia, and a lot of others. They are a great band and I think someone like yourself would really enjoy and appreciate their music

❤ From ARUBA. Hi, love your reactions…it helps me allot. I’m a survivor and still trying to survive from all my mental healt issues. I have stoped all medications and I’m doing allot of music therapy and that’s what helped me the most.
I would like to suggest you a band.
    TWENTY ONE PILOTS.
They are also very emocional focused. They also want that all people know that they are not alone.
They have alot of album/songs…I love them all, but you should begin with some older songs like CAR RADIO, MIGRANE, GONER, KITCHEN SINK, and so on. I hope you like them and try to follow the complete lore…
    Cheers

(My english is not so good, sorry about that)
