Couple of changes - in the laundry room, swap the sink/counter with the washer/dryer, allowing the dryer to vent into the ‘shed’ area and on to the outside and to prevent a trip hazard (not to mention quieter!). Agree about not having the cooktop being in the island; move the cooktop over to the oven area have a range instead. Add a small sink to the island and make it a bar or beverage area. And this is just me, I’d lose a wee bit of the pantry to make the office a bit wider as it feels somewhat cramped. Otherwise, very roomy and spacious with generous bedrooms.
The house has a very beautiful symmetrical design and an impression of sophistication, lightness and comfort. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house model. Best regards.

I like the overall design, but why does the main bedroom seem the smallest?
This house is spacious and hardly minimalist! The living area is huge and laid out for several activities, and perhaps there should be some division to avoid interference. The kitchen could use more counter space, and it's not safe for diners to share the same surface as a hot cooktop. There is an enormous pantry. With some adjustments, this could be an impressive residence.
