- Vulture is my all-time favorite car in Velocity X. High top speed and stunt stats made this longplay so entertaining to revist. I'm in no way good at the game compared to others. No commentary, just raw game footage. I'm playing on the PCSX2 emulator for PC. Let me know in the comments what else I should play from back in the day.

This used to be one of my favorite games. I had this game on the PlayStation 2 and Gameboy Advance.
For adventure mode, I would use Krazy 8s for Missions 1-11 and Missions 13-14 and Vulture for Mission 12 since you have to race Rupert in that mission.
I like using Vulture for drag races. Other good cars for drag races could be HW Prototype 12, Arachnorod, Jet Threat 3.0, Sol-Aire CX4, and Greased Lightnin.’
For Battles, I would use Power Rocket, Deora II, Hyperliner, Krazy 8s, Evil Twin, Lakester, Mega Duty, and Surfin School Bus.
A few more things.
It’s best to go Challenge, Adventure, and Joyride since you get to unlock some gadgets and some cars along the way and the missions can go by way faster that way. Jet Boosters are ideal for joyrides.
Here are some cars that could be good for joyrides:
1. Jaded
2. Power Pistons
3. Splittin Image 2
4. Rigor Motor
5. Shadow Jet
For challenges, Overbored 454 could be a good vehicle for Challenges 1-6 and Sho Stopper for Challenges 7-18.
Overbored 454 has the same speed as MS-T Suzuka and Twin Mill 2, but Overbored 454 has more stunt and grip than MS-T Suzuka. Sho Stopper is a little faster.
I feel it'll just be faster not to switch from Overboard 454 to Sho-Stopper. You're just wasting time changing to another car rather than to just do it all in one go.
1) Many of the challenges aren't that long anyway
2) Load times are hella long you're technically stopping dead in your tracks
3) Sho-Stoppers speed isn't substantial enough to change to, especially for challenges that are collectithons.
I ran MS-T (I like to complete the challenges first, then tackle adventure) for the nostagia, followed by sho-stopper... for the nostagia when completing the challenges haha

To be honest, the best vehicles to use should have at least good grip and a decent amount of stunt.
Here is my edited list of ideal vehicles for joyride:
1. Jaded
2. Hyper Mite
3. Splittin Image 2
4. Maelstrom
5. Shadow Jet
Hyper Mite could be good for joyrides and has more stunt and grip than Power Pistons and Rigor Motor.
Nice list! I kind of want to play another playthrough again. Maybe start with Hyper Mite since it'll be funny to decimate all cars with it and pull of some sweet tricks
