  • The Tlingit and Haida people are known for their storytelling and oral histories. Actor and playwright Frank Katasse takes us behind the scenes at Perseverance Theater in Juneau, Alaska and talks about the importance of keeping storytelling alive in our communities.
Gumboots Go! was created by the Central Council of the Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska (Tlingit and Haida) and Cedar Group with the purpose of creating online learning opportunities for Alaskan children while celebrating the Tlingit, Haida, and Tsimshian cultures.
Tlingit & Haida is a tribal government representing more than 37,000 Tlingit and Haida Indians worldwide.
