- NTFS.sys Failed Blue Screen Error on Windows 10/11 FIX
Commands Used:
sfc /scannow
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /Restorehealth
If you encounter NTFS.SYS blue screen error on your system, it is probably because of corrupt NTFS, bad sectors on the hard drive, or incompatible device drivers. Sometimes, depletion of non-paged pool memory, malware attack on your PC, and corrupt system files may also induce this error. You may see this error showing up with the stop code - System_Service_Exception.
Issues addressed in this tutorial:
ntfs.sys failed windows 10
ntfs.sys failed blue screen
ntfs.sys failed bsod
ntfs.sys failed page fault in nonpaged area
The system file Ntfs.sys may get damaged or corrupted and consequently lead to a Blue Screen of Death error that prevents you from booting into Windows 10. The stope code could be NTFS_FILE_SYSTEM or SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. In this post, we provide the most suitable solutions to resolve the SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION (Ntfs.sys) Blue Screen error on Windows 10.
This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops, and tablets running the Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba, Lenovo, and Samsung.

What a joke. Don't you realize most people can't boot into Windows to run a scan?
true
Go into Safe Mode
Go into safe mode command prompt only and type chkdsk c: /f/r/x
If prompted to reboot type
Restart /r /t 0
All of these stupid videos do that. It’s maddening!!!!!!!! Morons!!!!!!!

The same blue screen happens over and over again because it clashes with the software program. Either missing code of windows or a software application code window does not understand.
You solved?
Same I can’t even get there
I still need help, the second command u run always gets stuck on 62.3 %
Ever get a answer? I got same issuw
I am having the same issue here, did you solve this?
Most parts of the software, will not work in the "safe mode" (I've tried 7 until now). No updater, no repair software, almost NOTHING!!! And if you are not able to load Windows in "normal mode" (because of the blue screen), all this vlog is a ... BIG SHIT !!!
omg thanks you so much, it’s 5 am in the morning and you just let me go to sleep 😂
Glad to help.
I had random blue screen errors at a FEW months, even when pc is idle. Scanning in command prompt, no issues found.
Bro I also have same issue did you find any solution
@@mst.rahelabegumprodhan4781 No. Since july - august i leave it alone. No BSOD so far. There are many possible causes. I think even the real-time protection of antivirus program can cause issues sometimes. I use ccleaner to clean the drive without registry part, and optimize the hdd by defrag it regular. I don't use windows update, i blocked the software distribution foder.
Same here idk what to do
@@iamnoobsify Scan the memory with memtest 10.4. 90% the RAM is defective.
@@iepurelavolan9820 no I get random errors
Legendary, thank you!! I had to boot into safe mode to do the fix, but it worked!!
Very helpful thanks, I've had 2 BSODs in a week from unhandled ntfs.sys exceptions. Hoping this will stop them. I like your style/pace of video - I quite liked racing you on the processes which took a while. Nicer than most youtube videos where every slight pause for breath is edited out (see also though: next tutorial is two words and problem is two syllables ;) sorry, my UK English pedantry)
My DISM gets stuck at 62.3... waited the entire day nothing...
Ever figure this out?
@@Krakka25UA-cam yes I actually had tons of issues and it turned out to be a faulty CPU. (App, games, software, updates, repairing) all either crashed or failed. I finally found out it was the CPU and replaced now it works great.
I tried ti downgrade but my pc is givin this problem and its restarting itself
have you solved it?
Hey everyone, I got this error and my problem was a n SSD failure. As soon as I disconnected the faulty one I could my pc just fine.
Mine got stuck on 62.3% for like 20 minutes and later came out with an error message:
[==========================100.0%==========================]
Error: 0x800f081f
The source files could not be found.
Then there's a message about the "source" option to specify the location of some mysterious files that are required to restore some illusive feature but they do not explain where and how to use this so I'm still stuck with 5 blue screens a day I guess and the url provided do not say much about my problem. I"m trying some Windows Update Assistance thingy and I'm about to throw this 5700G AMD desktop out of the window after a month in hell.
Thanks for the help still it's appreciated although it did not solve my issue.
did you solve the problem?
I have the exact same error code did u ever fix this?
I am having the same issue here, have you solved this?
NTFS.sys blue screen means it won’t boot!
thank you soo much brother
my laptop is working fine now !!
Glad to hear that
Where to copy in your description?
вот 1. sfc/scannow
2. DISM.exe/Online/Cleanup-Image/Restorehealth
long process for automatic restart problem
Does this scan for all drives?
No, just the system drive
Super thanks mate.
Glad I could help!
Congratulations you posted the exact same thing every windows bot posts on their troubleshooting forums. Sfc scan now isn’t going to fix a driver issue or hardware issue doofus
NTFS.sys Failed Blue Screen Error - the clue is in the error. BSOD - no OS or faulty HDD! - No boot!
