This happened to me once, but I was able to keep food down for a day or two after that I just couldn't and none of the medicine was working to keep down my fever for less than a few hours. Missed an entire week of school and what was wrong with me was I had some apparently new stomach bug, and I was only being effected so badly was due to me having a very weak immune system. But all i had to do was take some medicine new and then I was all good.
I don't listen to 4F often but this knocks it out of the park. As someone who gets sick often I really love how this doesn't shy away from the severity of the situation.

The added sounds really helped with the realism. I wish there were more audios like this with the puking sounds along with the comfort!!
