Nice one Ian. My son has started a job in Bexley so once I have dropped him off I have an excuse to try different parkruns, Dfd Heath @ Swanley so far, but tripped on Sunday, hurt elbow rib & wrist, hopefully nothing broken but very painful.

Plenty of local parkruns to choose from and all are very different as well so all are worth a try
