I loved the episode in season 6 when everyone was given a love potion. It was especially hilarious when Hank fell in love with himself. They must have had fun making that episode.
I would have liked to have them make more episodes where they just went back to hunting Wessen I know there were tons more legends that they could have borrowed from .
There was an infinite amounts of legends, myths, stories, fables that they could’ve used including the Bible. Show was unique and had lore too it’s universe. Could’ve been better than any supernatural tbh. hopefully they make a comeback.
My guess is some streaming services get the quarterly Nielsen ratings, whichever streaming programs are being watched on a TV would be recorded one way or another. The people who get Diaries would have an easier time loging streaming services and DVDs.
One thing that irritated me about Grimm was Eve regretting Nick didn’t get to bury Juliette. B nick didn’t get to bury his mother after she lured her in and listened while she was beaten to death. F eve and Juliette!!
I liked it but they introduced so many great concepts and then just dropped them. I think that is why people stopped watching. I was sad as so much was left unsaid.

I think it’s explained that she never actually died. Trubel shot her with powerful tranquilizers instead of the lethal Siegbarste’s gift that Nick thought she did

This show has fallen into the standard fare of needing twists to somehow keep the story going, like Nick now gets to try a save his obviously brainwashed ex even though shes now some zombie looking skeleton chick

in the end (not the actual end, i’m only in the middle of season five 😭) it felt like they just weren’t meant to be. people say love over everything but sometimes things do block it, in this situation namely a hexenbiest-transformed juliette ready to kill nick. i’m still trying to recover from the sudden change of adalind and the new life she had with nick and kelly but in all honesty she’d understand nick better than juliette, she comes from wesen background unlike a kehrseite schlich kennen and gets his powers more. just my personal opinion
Eve for me was just who Juliette was after fhe first season the entire time. She had feelings for Nick, but she didn't want to be with him because she wouldn't even marry him. Adalind came through for us all and finally gave Nick the love that sparked the character to really fight the way he was able to. My wife threw a fit when he and Adalind became a couple because she likes Juliette lol.
Over the course of this show I have realize it appears more and more to be a kind of archetype or parallel of what's really going on in the world today.
Those early parts in GRIMM about HADRIANS WALL and EVE had been inspired by the classical French movie LA FEMME NIKITA and the redone American Version POINT OF NO RETURN.
The only time I remember him having a sort of visible power was when he went into his zombie Grimm state Such a good fight scene when he went against Renard, Monroe and hank all at the same time

That was YEARS ago the last I saw and I used to watch that show since it first aired till then. Now I see this and i'm like, Is it still ongoing? mind you , I haven't had cable tv in Years as well. Got tired of paying for channels I wasn't watching and forced to pay for. So if new episodes are coming out, are we able to watch on internet? or still TV thing? It was a good show.

I don't really like Eve's character. She looks like something out of an American comic book, and doesn't fit into the mysterious Grimm fairy tale. Also, it's hard for me to understand how they modified her. Juliet, who was in love with Nick, is now just a dark heroine with superpowers. That's too sad. Even though Juliet took the risk for her love for Nick.
I mean she's right, Eve and Juliette are two different people. It's almost like (DID) Dissociative Identity Disorder. It's one body but different personality.
I felt sorry for Juliette. Adeline caused all there problems yet comes out with the man. An Juliette was the victim of Adeline. Its like real life, its not fare.
Adalind used a spell to be Juliette for a while I think to make Nick loose his Grimm powers if I remember right, so Juliette had to use the same spell to be Adalind and reverse it so Nick got his powers back but the Hexienbeast powers stuck with Juliette (don't remember why)

Juliette was never a good fit for the show. Doesn't help that Bitsie is weird looking and a terrible actress. I remember the fans on the Grimm FB page back when the series was on air and everyone wanting Bitsie off the show.
I do really like how eve goes from completely militarised when she returns to a lot more like Juliette again and she gets her personality back
