If you think whole JNU is represented by one worldview than its u who needs to broaden his mentality. Lord Krishna never told specifically anything to follow - vegetarianism or non-vegetarianism, what he has told is there are three types of food- satvic, rajasik and tamasik which controls the mind according to its nature and he has given us the right to choose what we will eat and the Vedas says that this material things like food ,clothes affect spirituality but these are not everything. First we should control our mind and should have the desire to realize the self...the soul...the eternal Brahman which we can do through meditation, prayer, devotion, chastity and love. Food is a secondary thing and anyone should not categorize any non-vegetarians that they are eating meat so they are committing sin. The universe is made by the eternal Brahman and it has made some creatures for eating and some creatures to be eaten...if anyone go infront of a tiger then will the tiger leave the person? I am not promoting non-vegetarianism because vegetarianism is very good but you should not categorize the meat eaters or non-vegetarians as sin- makers.🙏

I agree, BG written by Iskcon is totally different. But BG existence is there since the beginning of this universe. ISKCON was established in late 1900's only. If you see other BG and the BG which is witten by Srila Prabhupada, then you can find the differences. We are well educated people of this generation, I can also write BG and you can also write. We have many resources to collect material and intelligence to modify and present it. But belive me, no one's heart will change by reading it. Today, Prabhupada's BG is read and understood by all country people. I have been living in USA since 4 years and I can see impact of BG on people. Devotees among me beongsto different country, race and religion but all are together serving each other to enhance their spiritual knowledge. We can not see anyhting like Hindu/ Muslims ect here. For material education we go to best schools, homeworks, projects, sport etc then we go to college for higher eduaction. Still we feel that we have very limited knowledge and we always try to learn new technology and be up to date with the market. But when it comes to spiritual knowledge, we belive that we already know everything. We feel that we can get God's knowledge without any efforts. I would highly recommend all college going girls and boys to add Bhagwad Gita as daily reading practice in their routine. As we deposit money in bank accounts, we say it investment not waste. In the similar way, one who starts reading BG, actually opens accounts in spiritual world. Kindly invest just few minutes everyday to understand this trancendental knowledge.

Iskon they are fooling us... Many of iskon gurus are saying we are not Hindus but Hindus are compatible with us.. Bhagwat geeta written by iskon is totally different..
I agree, BG written by Iskcon is totally different. But BG existence is there since the beginning of this universe. ISKCON was established in late 1900's only. If you see other BG and the BG which is witten by Srila Prabhupada, then you can find the differences. We are well educated people of this generation, I can also write BG and you can also write. We have many resources to collect material and intelligence to modify and present it. But belive me, no one's heart will change by reading it. Today, Prabhupada's BG is read and understood by all country people. I have been living in USA since 4 years and I can see impact of BG on people. Devotees among me beongsto different country, race and religion but all are together serving each other to enhance their spiritual knowledge. We can not see anyhting like Hindu/ Muslims ect here.
For material education we go to best schools, homeworks, projects, sport etc then we go to college for higher eduaction. Still we feel that we have very limited knowledge and we always try to learn new technology and be up to date with the market. But when it comes to spiritual knowledge, we belive that we already know everything. We feel that we can get God's knowledge without any efforts. Thats' why we don;t understand actual message of Bhagwad Gita and Srimad Bhagwatam. Hope you would like my efforts to write this reply to you :). Hare Krishna!
