Method & Ingredients
In a pan add the following
coconut oil - 2 tbsp
mustard - 1 tsp
curry leaves- 1 sprig
onion - 1 big (chopped)
pumpkin - 400 gms (cube)
haldi - 1/4 tsp
chilli powder- 1 tsp
coriander powder - 1 tsp
coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
Salt as required
Water- 1/4 cup
and cook until pumpkin 80% done
Keep aside.
In pan
add some coconut oil enough for roasting the following ingredients
coconut - scrapped (1 fistful )
curry leaves - 1 sprig
Red chilli whole - 5
roast well .
Add Garam.masala powder - 1 tsp
keep aside. cool the mixture
In a mixie jar add the roasted coconut mixture
peanut - roasted and deskinned - 2 fist full
put the paste on the pan and start roasting it with water added as and when needed.

Finally add the pumpkin. salt , curry leaves , coriander leaves chopped. fry well until oil leaves the masala.
this tastes yumm with plain rice and a cup on dal. or also with plain roti.
