I will always remember my dear sister… First Mt. Olive Youth and Young Adult Choir. We all have gotten older but when we were younger…..we could hit those highest notes and runs. Put down a mean dance too. Saratoga and Fremont Avenues were the best days of my life!
Mine as well. I was a member from 1989 until 2002. Went to the view on Oct 9, 2022 and all the musical tributes were pure fire May Paula rest easy in the master's arms.

I didn't know either of these women (she and Lady C) but I sit here in tears because these are the people we need on this earth yet the devil's children live unscathed. It's so hard be a Christian. It's so unfair but I thank God for she and First Lady are memorialized in videos like these.❤❤❤❤❤

As she held a full arm bouquet in her right arm and her mic in her left hand as she hit those Minnie Ripperton highest of highest notes as a bridesmaid in our SOROR’s wedding. I am watching this on 4/12/2021 at 3:02 a.m. This is her guys, from that wedding video. This video was made almost 25 years after the original one from the wedding. So her voice is not going to be the exact same. And I know personally, if you don't use it, you lose it. But she still can sing, those high notes just aren't as strong as 25 years ago. I am just glad that she gave us something to watch and I found her. Chile I had to examine that nose and that mouth to be sure it was her. She looks darker, but it could be from the footage, I mean it was 1996. And she could have just simply gotten darker, my grandma did. Anyway, I am glad that it's her. And she can easily build her voice up by training herself. Look how EXCELLENT she was in 96`. Yes ma'am!!! That one is on my playlist.
