Hi Justin, I'm Tim from east/central AZ. I'm (finally) in the homestretch of my 4.0L conversion. The donor vehicle was a 1992 Jeep Cherokee. I kept as much as I possibly could from the '92 Jeep (engine (obviously), engine wiring harness (w/computer, fuel lines, charcoal cannister, some exhaust system parts, etc.) I'm using Jeep Wrangler YJ, and TJ, air intake/filter box, and air tube to throttle body. Basically, I will run it in my 1983 CJ5 (w/manual transmission) as if it were a stock, 1992 Cherokee w/a 4.0L engine. Congrats/kudos on fixing the poor performance issue.

Sounds like you have yours under control. I'm in the middle of getting rid of the MegaSquirt and putting the factory injection on it. I'm remembering why I went with the MegaSquirt to begin with. Cheers!

Justin, where have you been! Obviously hiding in a cave somewhere like Tony Stark building a monster! It runs,it drives, it works, well done!

    I had a ‘66 Jeep CJ5 with a 225 ci v6.
It was a screamer, it would run ninety on the highway
and all kinds of power off road.
That was the funnest vehicle I’ve ever owned.
