3 Months Later after closure... Tropicana Las Vegas elevator tour

It is so sad to see this iconic place go.
BACKSTORY ON Tropicana in Las Vegas
It was originally built as a casino with a 3 story motel wing in 1957, conceived by Ben Jaffe. Another wing was added on the site in 1959. Both of the original motel wings consisted of elevators. Later on in 1979, a tower was added onto the site. The tower was named the “Paradise Tower”, then in 1986, another tower was added onto the site, The “Club Tower”, Later in 2009, these elevators would be modernized and the property would be shut down for massive renovations. The property has seen many elevator enthusiasts like LVElevators, Jowevator 3219, National Elevator, CAelevators, and Photoelectric Elevators. As of 2023, the original motel wings shut down for repairs, making them the oldest rooms in Las Vegas History. As of 2024, the property ceased operations, gambling at 3AM and hotel operations at 12PM on April 2nd, 2024, 2 days shy away from its opening birthday. The Tropicana ceased operations after 67 years.
NOTE: Motel wings, Valet, bridge elevators were not filmed. The very famous elevators here were!

You only have to push the button once. Pushing it multiple times doesnt make it work faster.

@@LVElevators1 Then that makes two of us. Because I have the same problem, usually it is because the buttons sometimes are very satisfying to press for some reason lol
