This is English but also Celts. The West of England and all of Wales are very similar and all are Celts. This is actually a West Country accent from Devon and Cornwall and not Ireland.

It was absolutely incredible, my brother bought tickets for me and my dad when I was 15. Unfortunately it is considered the most expensive flop in West End history and stands very very little chance of a revival :(
It's such a pity they stopped the musical. The songs are awesome!

It's coming to Chicago from mid July through September. Not sure if it's a different cast, but I saw an ad on Facebook and jumped right on it after checking out the soundtrack

Lord of the rings musical, for when your DND session really needs some traveling/bard music and you want to sound special.

I made my brother listen to this, and he enjoyed it. But when they get to the "hotta-cotta" part, he said it sounded like they were saying "Hobbits on the, hobbits on the, hobbits on the microphone!" We've been singing it that way since...

Is this the song they sing in the Prancing Pony? I ask because the lyrics seem different than the book. This is awesome though.
Yes it is :) its not the same lyrics as the book but strongly influenced by them 0 as you can probably tell :)

Unfortunately not. This musical has all but disappeared from existence bar a few clips and photos and the music from the CDs. The only way you'd get the sheet music is if a fan recreates it.

This is the best video I could find. The audio is in its entirety, mostly stills of the production and scattered videos here and there. This is the most complete video I could find.
@@shannoncurry2037 Unfortunately that's not a video of the entire show. it's a combination of snippets, blurry footage and photographs combined with the audio. But thank you! I'd love to see a professionally standard recording of the entire thing. but the only filming they did was for the trailer :(
