So interesting! Didn’t know they had redesigned the double diamond. As a product manager, I agree it’s good to call out leadership & influencing explicitly as something to invest time and resource into. You really have to take stakeholders on the journey with you

I've recently started watching your videos, and I've also got my hands on your book. I must say, your unique take on UX has truly shifted my perspective, particularly the Double Diamond system.
While you've already pointed out a few references for more data on this topic, I'm always on the hunt for more. Currently, I'm working on creating a process for building impactful websites, rather than simply contributing to creating more noise on the internet.
With that in mind, I can't help but ask, do you have some 'top-secret' resources that could guide me in exploring this system down to the last atom?
P.S. I know this question might be hefty enough to inspire your next book (no pressure! 😆) But to clarify, I'm seeking more of an outline rather than a full system, which I understand would be unrealistic to ask for. Essentially, I need something to guide my thought process towards the critical elements when I'm developing the process I mentioned earlier.

As a media production, as well as technology consulting firm, we use the DD during the video pre-production and through postproduction - not just that it provides a unique, competitive edge but grounds the project in sound product process and design principles. Therefore, and since these are one off projects, do you see a need for the more expansive 2.0 version, what would it additionally provide in this scenario?
