Vea, I think you're talking about The Walt Disney ideation method. Dream up something without limits then scale it to reality. This is a great method as it provides a vision and roadmap while avoiding future dead ends and pitfalls. Much better than a double diamond or PI feature-sprint design so common these days.
My man! This is great thanks. I guess rhe challenge with this sessions is people struggle a lot with imaginaiton - and evryone is scared to share there weird interesting ideas if they have one. How do you get people to get over that hump?
