For me, the taste is much better when prepared hands on and the ingredients are all natural. Pizza is my favorite to make at home. I use pan on stove to cook it. Grandma, what can I say? Love You! When I decided to learn to make pizza, I made pizza every day for a month! Yes, I know pizza. I can give you only one bit of advice, in Detroit, Michigan, when I was a child, all the good pizza's were made with Mozzarella AND Fontinella Cheese. The best was 50/50. The Fontinella made the brown bubbles on top and had a nice sharp flavor. But Fontinella is a lot more expensive, so to make more money, they companies went with 100% mozzarella. Cheap pizza at a higher price. Grandmother, as you know, things change, usually not for the better. I am so glad you are a part of these videos, they have a very important message for our younger people. If you have a problem getting Fontinella, let me know and I will send you some. Oh, pizza tastes better with the tomatoe seeds... :) just sayin'! Very, very glad to see the new Stainless Steel cookware!!!! Much Love to all of you from across the pond in Michigan!!
