Great advice❤ i have switched to using the cloth type elastics or scrunchies more. I like the silicone ties for the ends and tucking it under a bun. I need to get one of the pony picks! Great video👍

Scrunchies don't stay in thin fine hair only those tiny elastics even child size ones fall off.

@@dawnlee6742 i have never had fine thin hair but have had damage from thick elastics. Its also hard to contain thick hair so thats where a second tool comes in, like hair pins or claw clips.

What do you think I am doing wrong that I get my hair caught in the metal springs of claw clips? I see the details you explain about elastics and I get that. But I'm losing hair with the claw clip or flower clips you showed how to do a messy bun with. Don't know how to prevent that!

@@mmcgray955 they do have some claw clips that have covered springs. You might even try covering them with some matching color ribbon that’s very thin. Wrap it around😀 the covered spring claw clips are a bit more difficult to find. It’s just a clear plastic that covers them. I have a few. I haven’t really had the issue of them getting caught in my hair though, and I use them all the time.
Don’t mean to override the creator of this bun I just thought of that idea of covering the clips with ribbon.
