- I was an extremely lucky girly and invited to join @elphick.event.ponies for "Badminton Boot Camp" at Lucinda & Ellie Fredericks where we spent 3 days training our Horses ahead of the 2023 Event Season Starting.

I AM SCREAMING for yfood to bring their entire line to the US. I want these so badly for horsey days in the summer where I seriously cannot eat without being sick. I get away with tons of water and very light bites of fruit, but it's not healthy. SO proud of you, Tina! What an accomplishment and something to be proud of! Lovely video. You've been through a lot and for you to be able to take the time you needed and still be able to produce vlogs is inspiring. Much love to you, your family (including furry members), and more specifically - the ponies!
They are hoping to launch in the US this year I think (don’t quote me tho!!) they are perfect for chaotic horsey days where we otherwise wouldn’t fuel ourselves. Literally don’t know how I used to manage without them!!

Just ordered my third batch of yfood! as someone who suffers from chronic illness and energy problems it's amazing for a healthy, tasty, hassle-free breakfast/lunch. I used to just not eat, cause I didn't have the energy to prepare food. I've also tried other shake type things but you can always taste the powdery texture, which isn't the case with yfood drinks cause they're premade. Most of them actually taste good! My favorites are Choco and Coffee.

Your Banksy and my Bounty are so similar in the way that they go - they are even nearly matching in colour😂 It was so interesting listening to what Lucinda was saying to you because my trainer says exactly the same to me - trying to get Bounty to lengthen her neck from the base, have her working from her back forwards to her ears and have weight in the reins but not pulling her into a false outline. Towards the end of your session Banksy's frame looked so much better, and he looked like he was working beautifully - Well done you xx
He worked so well didn't he, I was super pleased with how it went!! A very good workout for both of us xx
It was amazing to watch who he opened hi's trot after you changed the bit and opened the frame, amazing ridden Tina👏 Be proud off yourself, look who far you have come. I have been her for along time and its amazing to see who much you keep fighting and try your best.❤ never stop being you!

How the two of you were able to canter for what felt like 10 hours is amazing!! I am so looking forward to trying some of the training to get one of my horses to soften (he likes to carry his head up like Banks). Thank you so much for sharing! Exhausting (I literally kept thinking I would die if I cantered so much) but full of good training!!🌟🦄
Really enjoyed this! I love Lucinda, I really need instructors that point out I’m wrong in the moment. A previous instructor of mine used to keep tell me I’m doing great then give me a summary of how to improve next time at the end. Was definitely not my preferred teaching style!

Lucinda’s ability to see what a horse needs is incredible. I understood why she changed your bit, but I didn’t quite follow her when she said that the bridle you were using wasn’t quite “suited for him”? Did she explain what kind of bridal she would put on him for dressage?
I would love to know her reasoning because I have a horse that might benefit from a bridle change.

Absolutely brilliant kick start to your boot camp Tina! I just love Lucinda's no nonsense way of training. You learn far more that way that's for sure and she really knows what she is talking about.
