TMM no the udr isn’t. the scale world of rc is crawlers these are bashers which aren’t supposed to be realistic
Ryan A. UDR is not a hardcore basher. It’s more scale than any another traxxas products.
Hi Kevin 🤓! I was looking into building an 8S UDR and guess who popped up 😎! I'm going to scratch build my UDR and make it 8S. I'm just three years behind you 🤓! So I'm starting with the main chassis and building it my way. I'll keep you posted on my progress.

I think the cut aways of the Unscrewing of the body is really cool I like how you put the time into it to place the camera I know it it is a little bit of extra work but I do appreciate it because it does end up having a cool effect at the end so yeah either having a music cut away with like a fast forward would do the trick

Don't know about you Kev, but I find my cars save me a lot of money on petrol for the lawn mower. Looking at the grass falling from the UDR, looks like you're also reaping the benefits!

A receiver that supports binding to many models might be a really good investment for you. For example, Spektrum DX5C. The 2-channel receivers are like 16 bucks so it's not hard to switch all your stuff

8s has already been done. Can't put all the power down without changing some things. Mainly stiffening the truck up

I was just joking with you and thank you because you installed the traxxas UDR Hobbywing engine tons you have to keep ESC for traxxas and install it on weaker cars and whoever kevin talbot strengthens wltoys or other cars with stronger engines like traxxas like

Air resistance will affect top speed. I suspect the vehicle will flip before you hit 70mph as the wind gets under it. May have to put stiffer suspension in the rear and add weight to the front.

Actually it can pull wheelies on 6s, and I have done it on 2 3s 5000mah 55c batteries, except you need to do it on a ground that will give it very good grip.

hey, that was pretty cool! liked the sudden explosions! just wondering: does the Traxxas VXL-3s ESC fit on the TRX-4 using screw holes without modification? you should have one laying around from the Slash 4x4 when it came out of the box. help!

Have you considered wrapping the center of the tire in heavy fishing line to keep them from ballooning? I think they are already fairly skinny tires so if they balloon much at all it's probably going to be uncontrollable.

Protek makes a 4s 4100mah lihv hard cased battery that are as thin as the ones you used here. $99 each though. 120c
